Good afternoon. I want to leave a review about the terrible work of the online store.
Why form an order, wait a few days to get a refusal, since it is not in stock. At that time, there was a store availability. I'd rather buy it there!!! But no, I decided to collect all the things in one store for convenience. There was an online payment for a large amount. Finally. The goods have all disappeared from the stores. The order has been cancelled. The money is not refunded for up to 30 days... The mood is ruined, as it was a gift. You are the worst store.

I received a pair of certificates for almost $ 300 as a gift! I went to the website to choose my clothes and underwear, realizing that I can only pay with a certificate at a company store. However, there is something in one store, and some of the selected ones are not, but there is in another, etc. I collected a basket of 10 things, tried to arrange it so that they brought it to 1 company store to pick it up there. As a result, the robot girl on the phone could only repeat the same thing like a parrot: "we do not accept certificates in the online store, buy in retail", and in retail there are no necessary sizes, there is only a vicious stupid circle! In fact, the company received real money (for certificates), while forcing me to travel all over the city to different stores to collect the goods I need one by one! Instead of bringing everything to 1 place for the convenience of the client! Terrible service, terribly untrained consultants!

We ordered underwear from an online store for a friend as a birthday gift. When ordering, I clarified that it was a gift, but the product came simply in a mail bag with a huge sticker of the addressee, and inside which the usual transparent rustling!! And that's how to give it? We didn't count on the box (we already realized what the extra is.a fee), but at least a simple branded package could be arranged!! And not as purchased it is unclear where. This is underwear, so to speak, a personal and intimate gift, and here it is. The impression of your store is ruined.

I made an order on March 4, I expected that everything would come in a gift box (it's logical that the holiday on March 8 is coming soon). I did everything as it was indicated on the site, but as it turned out, the box also needed to be added for 1 kopeck. When specifying the order, the operator did not even ask about the box. As a result, they were delivered in a regular package. They refused to solve the problem. The service is zero, please pay attention to the management!

Disgusting quality, you can see how crookedly, with scissors, the edges of the product are cut off. Thanks for spoiling the impression, the evening was ruined, I won't buy any more here.
