My sister bought a new car in 2023, and today there are more than 6 breakdowns that have not been fixed. The power windows on the three doors stopped working in turn.
But that's half the trouble. At 30,000 thousand mileage, when the car was still under warranty, problems were found in the engine operation. Since November 1, and this has been more than a month, the car has been in the Hyundai Center service center.
Several letters were sent to the company demanding that the car be replaced with a new one, as "the product is not of proper quality."
The worst thing is that the car was taken on credit, the interest rate is considerable, I bought it to avoid problems with a used car, we thought once it was new, then there would be no problems for the first 2-3 years. But as it turned out, the quality leaves much to be desired.
