In general, they did not hear about the quality of the service and its control there ... I lost a week , the result was 0, and they also messed up. I don't see any point in wasting my time further and trying to solve the problem with the microphone and lighting with them.

I own a 2021 Hyundai Accent with a mileage of 69300 km at the moment. There was a problem with the front parking sensors (proximity sensors), an error began to appear in the form of an inscription on the on-board computer "system operation is limited." I called the Hyundai dealer service center located in Minsk, 8 Khmarinskaya St., and made an appointment for diagnostics for warranty repairs. I studied the information beforehand, found out that in this model there is often a problem with the oblique (wiring) of parking sensors, which the dealer eliminates by soldering wires (although it is strange that they did not make a recall company for this problem, but okay). On 12/20/24, at about 16:00, I arrived at this service center, talked with the manager (a nice girl, I want to note right away that there are no complaints about her), who also noted in the dialogue that the problem may be in the wiring. After 60 minutes of waiting, I received a call, went to the manager, where I was informed that the case was not guaranteed, your parking sensors had mechanical damage, and repairs would cost about 700 Belarusian rubles. I offered to show a photo of exactly what kind of damage, the manager suggested that we go to the service shop, where we can examine everything in reality. When I approached the car, I saw that it had only been washed in 60 minutes (just doused with high-pressure water) and a computer diagnosis was performed. I was a little indignant inside, but okay, we're all human, maybe we had a lot of work with other cars. After starting to study the faulty parking sensors in detail, I did not find any damage. The manager also didn't see anything. Next, the warranty engineer approached (I can make mistakes in my positions, I explain how I understand myself), showing me a photo on his phone in multiple zoom, where it is clear that the sealing ring of the proximity sensor is slightly uneven from one edge, which actually means mechanical damage, which means the case is not guaranteed. I also referred to the fact that the car was in an accident (the bumper was painted using a hard hat at the same service center due to a 3-5 cm scratch, I attach a photo) and this is an additional confirmation that the case is not guaranteed. Of course, the incompetence of this employee surprised me a lot, at least I could just find out what kind of accident there was and whether it was at all, and not just brazenly prove my case. I offered to remove the bumper to make sure whether it is a warranty case or not, if not, then I will pay for the removal and installation of the bumper. There was another employee of this service center standing next to me, who made a remark to me in the form of "I don't like how you communicate with us," apparently, if a person blindly does not pay money, but tries to figure out the situation, then this is immediately assessed as rudeness. Frankly speaking, I did not remember the position and full name, but I still did not understand what relation he had to the repair of my car, but apparently his duties include giving very good comments on communication. The master removed the bumper in front of me in just 5 minutes (there were also no questions for the master who worked with the car, he did everything quickly and clearly, without unnecessary conversations), they made sure that the parking sensors were intact and working, but there were questions with the wiring, one of the wires was still broken, so the warranty case was. The master also pointed out that most likely the O-ring was incorrectly installed during assembly after the bumper was painted, which, I repeat, was painted and assembled by the staff of this service center. The warranty engineer acknowledged that the case was still under warranty, and the problem was fixed quickly within an hour. Bottom line: I do not recommend relying on a warranty, they will simply try to rip off your money to the maximum when faced with warranty cases, I recommend always taking a person who understands cars with you. They are just brazenly trying to deceive you by making you look incompetent (although judging by today's experience they themselves are even more incompetent) and trying to rip off as much money as possible from you. My recent experience with an official Hyundai dealer in Minsk, at 8 Khmarinskaya Street, became a vivid example of how maintenance should not work.
Owning a Hyundai Sonata car with a mileage of only 35,000 km, I ran into a classic sore: the mirrors of my car started to get stuck halfway when folding. Expecting a professional approach and high-quality service, I turned to an official dealer, but the reality turned out to be far from expectations.
After the initial diagnosis, for which they charged me 50 rubles, their first and only recommendation was a complete replacement of the mirrors, they didn't even get inside. They refused to purchase mirrors, citing the unavailability of spare parts at the moment (apparently due to sanctions).
I bought mirrors on my own. They could not install it correctly, they referred to the fact that they are Chinese. Although, on native mirrors, half of the parts are marked "made in China". They got into the old ones. After 4 hours, they had a theory again: "the folding motors are probably running out." Of course, I had to check this theory at my own expense (to purchase motors, because they were not available either). In addition, I was happily billed in the amount of 350 rubles.
Despite the initial refusal to pay for the lack of results, after assurances and promises to install them for free (upon purchase), I still agreed and paid the bill.
However, a week after I purchased the motors, the dealer changed his shoes and I was informed that only a discount on the work was possible.
The result: in addition to the money spent, after parsing, one of the mirrors stopped folding altogether.
I highly recommend not contacting these crooks and buying anything from them, especially under the conditions of sanctions.

And the " bugs" got out on the same tailgate, fenders, hood, but according to car service specialists, these are all chips and are not subject to warranty. The guarantee for their painting is six months, that is, they painted there from a spray can for free, and six months later for an element under a stack of 750-800 rubles and this is still with a 20% discount!!!!! People, what are you talking about???? Pads should be replaced with 1000r, oil with filters 800r and this is again at a discount))))) what a joy it was that you can buy one filter yourself for 17p, and not for 200.
Just a disgusting attitude towards customers, divorce for money, that is, buying a car warranty as stated for 5 years on paintwork or 150,000 km, and here it's only 35,000 mileage. That is, they have some pretty good experts working there, where everything is chipped, etc.
There is one conclusion, we will continue to prove our case through consumer protection. This is where it fits, so much money has been paid, and there is no guarantee. If there are questions to the manufacturer, then I think it's up to the customer to decide what the car service should do, which is normally oriented.

In general, there are some disadvantages, but they were attributed to the inexperience of the employee, who has been working at the center for a couple of months. therefore, they did not find fault. Previously, a more experienced master took the car for THAT, everything was clear. It's a little expensive for THAT-4, but in comparison with other centers, the price turns out to be quality and the guarantee remains. A bonus was also made to inspect the body, they said at the next one, you can declare the Casco at the place and paint the necessary elements according to insurance. I liked the car sales salon, spacious and bright, it was definitely better here than earlier on Timiryazev.

About the quality of service: as a rule, everything is done quickly and efficiently, but I'm sure everyone will be able to remember some shoals. It seems to me that this is because a person quickly forgets the good, and remembers the bad for a long time. Personally, I have only positive emotions, the masters at the reception are polite, always ready to help, competently answer all questions.

I would like to thank the service center for repairing the car. I myself am from Russia and signed up for repairs in Minsk to us Hyundai Tusan to replace the heat exchanger with a box as it was damaged and replaced the oil in the engine in one go.
