We are currently vacationing with our daughter at this hotel.It is located in a working-class area, there are many Indians, Filipinos, central street, the flow of people is very active.But you get used to it quickly, because the atmosphere is calm and friendly.There are many local restaurants nearby, kfc, burger king, starbucks and Carrefour supermarket in the shopping center (7 minutes walk to the right), where you can buy food at reasonable prices. Nearby is also the Al Rigga metro station, the red line.The Burj Khalifa bus stop is about 25 minutes away, and Dubai Marina(sobha realty) is about 50 minutes away.We live on the 7th floor of the hotel, a non-smoking room.Silence, they clean up every day, bring water, tea,kettle in the room, ironing board,iron,safe.Upon arrival, the tour tax is 10 dirhams per 1 night.
The breakfasts are good-drinks, side dishes, porridge, omelette, pastries, lots of vegetables, fruits, cheeses, etc.There is a gym with a treadmill and an exercise bike, it works 24/7, my daughter goes running.The room is small, with 1 double bed.On the downside, there is nowhere to dry things after the beach, a very weak hair dryer, and a window facing opposite rooms, so we always keep the curtains closed. The air conditioner was adjusted to 22 grams, as soon as we arrived, it was comfortable.In general, we stayed in the room only in the morning and evening, and everything suited us to relax while actively moving around the city.

Food: a standard, no-frills breakfast. Tea, coffee, juice, sausages, sausage, cheese, rice/pasta, omelet, three types of fruits, flour products, yogurt, cucumbers, tomatoes. The rest of the local cuisine is spicy. I don't eat spicy food, so I haven't tried them.
Location: near the metro. There are many cafes and shops on the way to the subway. There are convenience stores. There is also a small shopping mall.
Audibility: It's a hellish hell. You can hear what the neighbors are doing behind the wall and in the hallway, how they are talking and slamming doors. The rooms overlook the roadway, and you can hear the sound of the road too. There is another hotel opposite the hotel, on the roof of which there is a disco until 4 a.m., you can also hear music in the room, especially the bass vibrates as if it were beating in your lungs. We asked at the reception of our hotel if we could do something about it, but they said no, just change the room. Like, if you call the police, they won't even go to such a call, because the city is a tourist city and they don't control it. At the reception of the disco hotel, they said that the hotel and the disco are two legally different organizations and they can't do anything.
Contingent: on the first night on the non-smoking floor, the guy in the next room was smoking and listening to music, and the whole stench was drawn to our room. They called the reception, and the guard went to see him twice before it all stopped at 4 a.m. We were given a different number the next day. No, not higher in category, all the rooms here are the same, just on a different floor and not smoky. But this room has black mold on the seams in the shower. On the new floor, the neighbors constantly came home at one or two in the morning, shouting loudly or singing. They constantly go back and forth and don't take the card from the room, they knock on the door in the middle of the night, it's all audible as if it were happening in your room! It's one o'clock in the morning and I'm not sleeping, but I'm writing this review because I can't sleep because of the noise in the hallway.
Staff: very friendly, attentive to requests.
Rooms: tired. There are cigarette holes in the carpet. There are two cans of shampoo in the bathroom, also known as shower gel. There is no hair conditioner or body lotion. Slippers, a dental kit and a shaving kit are available on request. There are no dressing gowns. One towel is a doormat and two large towels. Two more large towels were brought on request. The windows don't open, it's hot without air conditioning, and the air is very dry from the air conditioner, it's impossible to sleep, you start coughing. I had to buy a humidifier.

We stayed at the Ibis Dubai Al Rigga for a couple of days in 2023 to explore this area of Dubai. We were very satisfied! Excellent location – close to metro, cafes, shops. The rooms are clean, cozy, with comfortable beds. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a good selection of dishes. Excellent value for money. We recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

Just returned from a trip , what can I say about this hotel :
1. Upon check-in, they gave us a completely smoky room, came to change it at the reception, said that there were no other rooms, after communicating with a higher-ranking manager, the number was changed, so it was, but they did not want to give it to us, and in general it seemed like some kind of neglect was felt as to Russians.
2. The hotel is tired, of course, but it did not cause a feeling of disgust

4. There are two gel dispensers in the bathroom, no slippers, etc.
5. There is a normal iron and an ironing board, this is a plus
6. There is a window, but the view from the window is on the roof of the old building
7. Cleaning every day and water

11. The street where the hotel is located is dirty, it looks more like an Egyptian street than a Dubai one

I really liked this hotel.I had a rest in March 2023. It is located next to the metro, which helps a lot, you can get to all the attractions. Excellent breakfasts.There is a free bus from the hotel to Al Mamzar Beach, boarding at the side of the hotel. In order to use it, it is better to make an appointment at the reception in advance.

IBIS is a chain of hotels. Our hotel is located on a busy street, very close to the metro station and bus stops. There are many markets nearby. The hotel is three stars. There is no swimming pool in this hotel, but there is a gym. There is a restaurant. We took only breakfast, everything was very tasty. But sometimes there was a very spicy omelet. Well, there were always dishes of local cuisine, very spicy for us. I can't say anything about lunch and dinner. In the evening, when we returned to the room, we saw some themed parties. There is an alcohol bar. The room can be selected for smokers and non-smokers. The windows do not open, there is no balcony, there is a problem with swimsuits. There is a rope in the shower, but the laundry does not dry. I had to dry it on the table by the window. The air conditioner worked well, but the setup needs to be sorted out. They cleaned every day, changed towels, replenished coffee, tea, sugar, two bottles of water. Towels give two bath towels and one for hands. They asked for extra feet on the floor, gave them two more large ones without any problems. They also asked for the same water in addition, they never refused, they always gave it. And if you say that you don't need to clean today, you are ready to give water, a stack of towels, and a tea set. There is a business center nearby. There is no Russian-speaking staff in this hotel, but Google translator to help, well, or English language proficiency. In general, the hotel is very decent for its three stars, I recommend it.

Clean, good breakfast and dinner, near the metro. The room has a kettle, cups, tea, coffee and water bottles all for free, replenished daily. In addition, there is an iron and a hairdryer in the room. The transfer to the beach departs at an inconvenient time (there at 10, back at 15), in the heat. You need to sign up for a transfer and those who did not fall within the limit were not put on the bus, but after the outrage they began to send everyone who did not have enough space on the bus by taxi. We mainly used a taxi (from Alrigga metro station about 30 dirhams to Al Mamzar beach, 15-20 minutes by time), a city bus 3 dirhams, but an hour to go. There is no Russian-speaking staff, but there is Wi-Fi and you can communicate through an interpreter. An adapter is needed for sockets, you can ask for it at the reception. To travel by public transport and enter Al Mamzar beach, you need to buy a silver card (it is possible in the subway, it costs 25 dirhams, the account will be 19 dirhams), if at the end of the holiday there is money left on the card, it can be returned to the subway, we were withheld for cashing 6 dirhams. In the direction of the Union metro station (after leaving the hotel turn right) there is a large shopping center in which there is a grocery store on the second floor, where you can buy ready-made food. Of the minuses, I would note a large number of people in the area, mainly Hindus, Pakistanis, etc., leaving the hotel in the evening there is nowhere to spit, but everyone is friendly. In general, the price/quality ratio is normal.

Quite a hotel- the area is convenient- the metro is 5 minutes away, the location is real shopping nearby, there is a free transfer from the hotel to the beach and back, the food is very good, the rooms are really all the same / from those that we saw- there are not enough places for clothes, we had to leave suitcases in the middle of the room. 1. At breakfast there were dishes of Arabic and probably Indian cuisine (various versions of a mash of stewed beans, and all this with a lot of seasonings. Not every stomach can stand it), eggs, some greens and burnt coffee. That's it.
2. View from the window: behind the hotel, literally 10 meters away (windows to Windows, no kidding!), there is a hostel of Indian guest workers. If desired, you can see their life in all its details without straining. As you understand, the Indians are watching the hotel guests with keen interest... I had to live with curtained windows all the time :(

We finally arrived at the hotel. We were registered for a very long time. They were looking for something, they asked for the phone's ID address, I don't understand why. Finally they gave me the keys. Such joyful ones went to their room. We come, and there is one bed. Suitcases in hand and back at the reception. They started looking for something again, looking, they say there is no room with two beds. Like sleep together, or let one sleep on the floor. We are shocked by such impudence. We say we are not husband and wife to sleep together and we are not going to sleep on the floor. Then let's have a second room with one bed. Four people ran together again, again they began to watch something. Then they say a room with separate beds, only for smokers. In general, we were already figs, just to lie down and sleep off the road. For two hours they have been murdering us on this recipe. So we lived all 11 days, in a smoking room. Transfer to the beach, it's just a lie, every day, we signed up, and then it turned out we were not on the list. They lie that they wrote it down, they have as many lists as there are employees at the reception. There were not enough places for everyone. On Monday and Wednesday, at first they said the bus would not arrive. Let's take a taxi. Then it turned out that there was a bus on Wednesday. The location of the hotel is a minus, it is a working area, from where it takes quite a long time to get to Dubai Mall 45 minutes by metro to Dubai Marina 1 hour 15 minutes. Plus, it's dirty next to the hotel. Also, the hotel room is very tired, stains on carpets that are no longer washed , old furniture.
