Perfect. Center of old Tbilisi, modern hotel, very friendly staff. All what you want near. There is gaming room on 5th floor. Good for visitors with children

I have been here with my husband many times. Convenient location, stable Wi-Fi for work, excellent breakfasts for 4, cleanliness, service (at least there is one, they will bring water to the room, smile, room facilities, there is even shaving gel, slippers with bathrobes in the largest rooms). The air conditioning system is excellent and not noisy. Noise insulation. Take a room with a balcony, it's a thrill.
Cons:
we made breakfast before 10:30 (it used to be exactly before 11:00), they start hinting at 10:20 that you are leaving. But everything is there to the last.
Late check-out was denied to us for the first time, although we are in silver status. We asked to leave at 15:00 (that is, to extend it by three hours). All we were offered was to pay for a cheaper room with a 50% discount (that is, ~ $70). That is, there are rooms available, but not for free. And our type is abandoned, extension is impossible ... we were sitting at a noisy reception in the end. But it was possible to hand over your things and go for a walk around the city.

The staff is friendly, everyone is very hospitable, the location is good. Of the minuses, there is no taxi entrance from the main entrance, the rooms leave a residue, basically it's a shower and toilet glass doors without noise insulation it's a horror and from the shower immediately exit to the hallway washbasin like in a hospital room near the bed and the light above it is terribly dark it is not possible to make up at all well, the most important design for an avantgarde lover🙈🙈🙈

Convenient location of the hotel. Friendly staff (languages Russian/English), daily room cleaning, cozy..., the room has a view of the mountain and the monument of Mother Georgia... the impressions from the hotel are only positive. I recommend.

A modern, stylish hotel in the very center of the city, on Freedom Square. It is not very expensive, but it is new, clean, located on a bar street. The breakfasts are good.

Stylish, modern, cozy hotel. We stayed in a family room. The room is large, everything you need is there. Delicious coffee:-) Gorgeous location. The very center. Responsive staff, clean rooms, cleaning every day at the highest level. I really liked the breakfasts, everything is fresh, varied food and most importantly very tasty. And it is very convenient that there is a restaurant on the 5th floor, everything is delicious and excellent service. I recommend this hotel. Thank you for a quality vacation with your family. We will definitely come back here.

The hotel is very cozy and homely. The rooms are very small, there is a washbasin in the room, which was very confusing. The doors to the shower and toilet were glass, which was also confusing. The hotel's cuisine is excellent. Welcome coffee in the Lobby.
The staff is very nice and professional. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that the bed linen was wet, and there was a long black hair on the sheet. The maid immediately changed the linen upon request. She was very apologetic. The interior is very funny, the lamb meets in the hall, the pattern on the carpet in the room, the capes on the chairs. Moose is mentally strong.

The best of the chain hotels in Tbilisi. There are no questions about the service at all - clearly, quickly, with a positive attitude. The breakfasts are great! A nice bonus is the coffee machine at the reception.
There is a guarded parking about a hundred meters from the hotel, I recommend it.
I asked for a quiet room. As a result, there is a constant hum outside the window from the ventilation carried out on the roof below. The only flaw.

An excellent hotel located in the very center of Tbilisi. The room is small, but originally decorated and cozy. The bed is comfortable with a good mattress. But there are no bathrobes and nothing but liquid soap and shampoo from the accessories. The breakfasts are very good, hearty and varied. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff is friendly.

Well, in general, the rooms are good, but the breakfasts are monotonous, the view from the window is depressing. I also have a "so-so" view from the window, my son has a view from the room to the courtyard with fans in general-it's noisy and not beautiful. At the hotel, you have to communicate with employees (including at the reception) in English, although half of the tourists are from Russia. But there is still one representative who speaks Russian. Until midnight, they shout from the terrace under the windows , and then in the morning the janitors swear. Well, the location is not right in the center. It's expensive for such a hotel. Photo from the window. There are no Russian TV channels except Georgian Arabic, Turkish and English ones. But I think it's okay to stay for a couple of days.

We were at this hotel from 06/28-30.06.They took off from Zhukovsky by Georgian airlines, on which wine was poured all round, very decent of two types.I am very glad that we did not panic and did not cancel the trip due to the current situation.....Because it's a lie on TV...The hotel can be safely rated at 4+....Everything is at the highest level, reception, everyone speaks Russian, other languages were not relevant for us....We placed it in 5 minutes, The breakfasts are very chic and decent...Not every Italy and France has such a variety in the fours...The female chef is just super....Fruits are watermelons, oranges, two types of juice, churchkhela, basturma, a bunch of sweets.We took breakfast, the rest of the meals I do not know the availability and quality...Mineral water and drinking water are available at the hotel around the clock, and apples are free, freshly ground coffee in the coffee machine and cookies are available for free without restrictions..There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel...The cleaning is impeccable, daily, regardless of the booked days...The bed linen and towels are snow-white, the views from the hotel are the very center - one half to the Motherland, the other to Lenin Square- Freedom in a new way...We walked around the city until three in the morning....No problem...The old town is something fascinating.... I boldly recommend it if next time you happen to come only there... One thing I didn't like was the lack of soap and soap accessories besides universal shampoo...
