26.07-29.07 we were on the Minsk-Riga-Jurmala tour with our daughter. We were satisfied with the trip. Comfortable bus, fast border crossing. The guide Andrey charmed us. Special thanks to the senior of the group, Julia. All the issues that arose were resolved quickly and clearly on her part. The driver Pavel is a pro in his field. Finally, there was time for a review. We arrived from a Greece-Turkey trip. So let's get started. Let me explain right away - Ictours has nothing to do with the organization of the tour, they are just sellers (read intermediaries). The organizer of almost all bus tours is Belturist Polska. At the initial stages, Ictours behaves extremely professionally - instant communication from the order, visa and information on departure. Well, then you do it yourself. You can complain to them, of course, but you will not solve anything and there is no question of any compensation. Well, actually, about the tour. We left earlier than planned, and it turned out to be an overnight transfer. Well, come on. Lithuania customs, passed, went to the EU. The first night in the Czech Republic. 2 a.m. We are the only ones from the whole bus - a family of 2 adults and a child of 8 years old (although there were families of 3 people) we are checking in..... Tadam to the student dormitory, the rest to the hotel. A question for the maintainer?????? Answer: I'm not settling you, I don't know anything. But I called a friend from the reception, they moved the THREE of us to a 2-bed room. To clarify: the child is 8, 1.5 m tall and 36 kg in weight. It's not like a very small guy. There was no discount for the child initially, i.e. the cost of the tour is the same for the WHOLE family. They wrote to the agency in the morning, they wrote - we'll figure it out - and they're still sorting it out. Well, let's move on. I will not write about a bunch of customs and related hemorrhoids, because this is not particularly relevant to the agency. We arrived in Greece. Paralia Katerini. We move into, so to speak, the Glaros apartments. People, do not confuse us with Villa Glaros, because these are generally different things. So, the Glaros we found ourselves in is, in fact, a Crimean parcel. A room with a small kitchen area, a standard balcony, a shared shower with toilet without any shower curtains. There are no towels, take your own, 3 pieces of soap, take out the garbage yourself, there is no cleaning AT ALL. Air conditioning - 5 euros/day. Download the application "universal remote control for air conditioning" - everything works fine. For the money that the owner of these numbers takes, you could find something better. My rating of these rooms (I can't even name a hotel or apartment) is solid 2. Everything is OK in Greece, do not translate the price tag to our proteins - and there will be happiness. The sea is gorgeous. The sun beds all belong to cafes, you need to order something. They write that the minimum is 5 euros per person, but they do not find fault. We took pepsi and water for the whole day - no one really cared. Well, then Turkey and Romania went. Don't expect any special excursions - gallop after the guide, and then entertain yourself. By the way, I forgot about the tour in Budapest. Cool - 20 minutes by bus in the rain, fun for 60 euros per person😁
This is trash, of course. 20 euros on the Danube with champagne is worth the money, so I advise you, it's very beautiful. The tour is hard, but we immediately had an idea what we were signing up for... the organization is lame, that's for sure. The accompanying person must resolve ALL issues throughout the tour. We have already traveled, there is something to compare it with. Maybe I missed something, well, okay. All the information above will be useful to someone

We booked A Riga-Jurmala Tour. At the conclusion of the contract, no one told us that this tour was a combined one, that is, we were simply hooked up to another travel agency, which did not care about tourists who did not sign the contract through them.
There were many questions to the maintainer, who behaved so boorishly that words cannot convey the organizational aspects. When, upon arrival, I called IC Tour and told a number of ugly situations, they replied well, it happens, in general it is Vladislav's escort.tour, you can write a review on them, there are no complaints against us. Of course, I apologize, but we signed an agreement with IC Tour, they should be responsible for the declared tour, and not throw it to a third-party organization. I will never trust the organization of an IC Tour vacation again!!!!
