The service is TOP!!! I am sincerely delighted!!! Really?! Is this how it can be in Belarus??? We are faced with unpleasant events : our suitcase was damaged during the flight. The Ice-Land company.by replaced the suitcase with a new one under warranty, everything is calm and clear!!! + we repaired the handle in our other suitcase, strengthened it, since there was a crack, and replaced the old lock with a bonus, sewed the lining and changed the belt, for sooo much money. It's insanely pleasant!!!! I recommend it to everyone and I recommend it to all my friends! Super guys, so do it! It's nice that such a level of service is available in our country!!!!
