Great guys. I bought a scanner and a laptop from them with installed programs for working with VAG with delivery to the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. Everything worked fine, not recently there were problems with the scanner (probably my fault). I sent the scanner to them for diagnosis and they repaired it very quickly under warranty. I definitely recommend it!

I purchased an Xtool X100 PRO2 from these guys. Complete package with official documents + warranty. Support is always in touch, will tell you everything you are interested in. I flashed a new key into the immobilizer, easily counted the PIN on the Chevrolet Sonic 2012. After some time, I discovered that the cable that was included in the package does not allow connecting to the adapters that are included. We found out with support that they probably put the wrong cable in production by mistake. iDiag offered to compensate for this shortfall at its own expense and sent the necessary cable. Thank you! I will definitely contact you again
