A good store with high-quality shoes and bags. Pleasant prices at the level of average strong Italy, good discounts. I take off one star for the service from the consultant with short hair (blonde). The person is not very pleasant and arrogant. Please ask the management to conduct an educational conversation and explain that the crown on the head does not correspond to the level.

I bought autumn boots in this store, they turned out to be of poor quality: the seams are roughly made, which spoils the tights.Unfortunately, I did not immediately detect this defect. I could not exchange the boots or refund the money. The male salesman replied in an impolite manner, "if you don't like our shoes, don't buy them."
Of course, I won't buy anything from this store anymore.
