The food is ordinary, without any compromises. It took 45 minutes from ordering to receiving food. When we arrived, we were told that three tables were available - choose. In fact, two of them have not been cleaned (plates, crumbs, etc.). The third table we sat at turned out to be sticky. Will I come back? No. Would I recommend it to someone? No.

Bad kitchen. We were on New Year's holidays on January 1st and 2nd. I understand that there are a lot of guests. The waiting time has been increased to 1 hour. But the quality of the dishes should not suffer! Caesar salad with burnt croutons and an incomprehensible dressing, pizza is wet, spaghetti with salmon tasteless. The strudel is raw and softened. We were hungry, we waited an hour for our food and didn't get picky. But.... Damn it.... This is not right! 👎👎👎

I visited this place with my boyfriend on 08/16/24. They came very hungry, made an order at 19:07, almost all pizzas were unavailable to order and we had to make an order for a large pizza, although we wanted to try 2 different ones! we thought we'd have a delicious meal now, but the restaurant thinks otherwise and made us wait for more than an hour for food. The waiters work slowly and don't even pay attention to the guests. We were asked about readiness 1 time, we were told that now we will clarify and say, as a result, we forgot about it.. I had to ask another waitress to clarify. Then, after a few minutes, we bothered to bring the coveted pizza, the time was 20:15. I will ask you to have a conversation with the employees of this institution!
We are very unhappy with the service of this restaurant.

It's an interesting place, I was there once, but I really liked everything, everything is very tasty.
The prices are certainly expensive, but it's worth it. Pleasant atmosphere, polite and kind staff.

What can I say here
In Moscow, this network has long gone bad, in my opinion, and is not worth the money.
With regard to the Minsk institution, I can say the following:
the landing was not complete, but we were immediately warned that the wait would be from 45 minutes, BUT the children's menu was promised to be served faster and really in 15 minutes the youngest ate delicious soup and excellent carbonara.
My wife ordered a branded pasta in a frying pan, covered with dough, she really liked it. The salad was also very tasty, but a very small portion.
The eldest daughter ordered green fettuccines with pesto sauce and chicken, they were really bland and overcooked, she did not eat them.
We took two pizzas, they were very tasty, there was nothing to complain about.
I can say that I would definitely go back there, I liked it on the whole.

We went to the restaurant around 23:00, the kitchen was working, the hall was empty, a couple of tables were occupied.
We ordered fish steak and spaghetti with shrimp, waited for the order for about 40 minutes. Are you serious!? And it's not a full landing.
The food is as delicious as in the cheapest dining room.
Service.... Waiters walk around the hall and do not look at the guests, waved, called painlessly, think about automation towards the buttons for calling waiters.
If I come back, then only give a chance with a bird, because the food did not inspire there is no soul in it, virtuosity from the chef.

I decided to arrange a date for my girlfriend and go for a snack in the Il Patio before skating. We've wanted it for a long time, we love Italian cuisine. I looked at the pizza in the menu in advance, a hint of vegetarian dishes suitable for us. When we arrived, the waiter immediately met us and helped us choose a table, provided us with a menu. We chose a Margarita, a salad with pinocchio and ginger tea. The problem was with the second course… The serving is painfully unsightly: pale tomatoes and frozen buratta inside. The waiter offered to replace the dish, but we were already upset. Tea, coffee, dessert - all this was also offered, but the impression cannot be returned. We do not recommend salad, in short!

We are not lucky with this chain of establishments. Specifically, I couldn't even eat in this one. The order was accepted and that's it. A bunch of waiters are running around the hall stupidly, asking again and again took our order. Even the receptionist came up and tried to convince us that the pizza was about to be taken out of the oven. And we ordered something completely different. After 50 minutes they left hungry.
By the way, the toilet is on a combination lock.

We took carbonara and lasagna, not wow, but delicious. The second time we got into a holiday, the hall was completely filled, we waited for dishes for an hour and a half! Moreover, one was given to another table, and a replacement was brought to us. Beef in pasta is very tough, you can cook it better at home. Lemonades are watery, usually the taste is richer. The food is 3/10, the atmosphere is pleasant, the waiters come with apologies more often than with dishes, but I understand that this is not always their fault.

We ordered the most expensive seafood pizza. It turned out that it is impossible to chew squid normally (as if you get threads that you can easily choke on). Instead of relaxing in the evening, we sat tensely in order to survive banally after taking such a pizza. The place itself is very cozy and homely, but the evening was ruined. Be careful when ordering pizza with squid, especially if you take children with you!

The top three is purely for taste and appearance. We advise the management to pay extra to the waiters.

We came with my husband another time . They brought the main course to my husband first , I sat for 20 minutes and waited for my own . Cocktails were served without tubes, the waiter brought cocktails just in her hands, without a tray. Favorite dessert ,, Pavlova ,, disappeared from the menu . The maintenance staff walks along the corridor holding hands during work . It used to be a favorite restaurant , but now it 's a different level , not for us .
