I can't even rate this organization with one star. I am very sorry that I entrusted my son's holiday to such non-professionals. My son really wanted a YouTube party for the tenth anniversary. I applied to the Empire of Childhood 27 days before my birthday! We discussed everything, agreed, and sent the animator's photo and the program for 3 hours to Viber. 10 days before the event, I once again clarified whether everything was in force, they politely sent me a screenshot of my order))). 31.05 we discuss the details and .... on 01.06, with a delay of 12-15 minutes, a completely different animator comes out to the children, with an incomprehensible program nothing to do with a YouTube party. Of the long-awaited YouTube-style holiday, we have only balloons and a cake. The children lost interest in what was happening after 10 minutes! For half an hour I've been trying to figure out what it is at all?! The answer just killed me: sorry, another animator girl came to you, and your animator is now in another place. If you are not satisfied with her, tell her to leave and you can not pay her anything.
