A good hardware store, with everything you need for a home and renovation. In general, the assortment is good, the consultants' competence is at the level, except for a couple of people who made a mistake in the color of the product. It's good that the refund works smoothly, there are no problems. The prices are quite normal. Somewhere below (which is more common), somewhere above the prices of other large similar stores in Pavlodar. The mood was slightly spoiled by one warehouse worker, whom I asked to cut the baseboard (or rail) in half in order to fit in the car. He asked me for 100 or 200 tenge, and also for cash. I wanted to take a knife or a hacksaw from him to do it myself, but he refused. That's the kind of bug I got. I had previously taken a metal profile from another store, so the guys cut it into 3 parts for me, also according to my size, and for free.

The store is good , there is a large assortment of goods .There have been changes , now you go in , choose what you need , go to the cashier , wait until you are shown , then to the cashier . A large selection of interior and entrance doors.Laminate ,panels, linoleum, brushes,rollers .I immediately want to change something at home, start repairs.

Just the other day, my beloved daughter and grandson came to visit and invited us to relax in the Imperial. There was a wedding going on there at that time, but we were politely invited to another hall and served quickly enough, despite being busy at the wedding. Everything is delicious, large portions. The dishes are served very beautifully and unusually. We were very satisfied. Many thanks to the staff of this gorgeous complex. We recommend you to visit.

Sometimes he works from 10 a.m., consultants, especially on tools, are sleepy and irritated, plumbing is always in their problems, then there are a lot of cash desks, but one of the two works, as a rule, you put the goods in a bag next to the guard watching, then asks to open the package and checks, although he stood and watched all the way.. There is another checkpoint at the exit.. In general, it's a lot of pain.

We were at the plumbing and tile selection today. Consultant Julia conducted a sooo detailed consultation, they picked up taps, a shower, a sink with a full set, a toilet with all the accessories, a water heater, made a tile layout, and everything else in small things. The consultant was attentive, polite, knew both the assortment and some details of installation and operation. In short, I recommend this Julia to everyone. :-) I take off the score because of the management: there is no ventilation in the store. It's stuffy and hot. Both employees and visitors suffer from this. I was there for an hour — I came out like a boiled crab. And the staff there are full-time... not good.
