The interior is weak.

They asked for an ashtray 3 times and brought it at the end .
We ordered pizzas - the filling is delicious but the dough is not very good. There were also two incomprehensible guys who fit on any table and will forgive about something incomprehensible

Incompetent staff.
It takes a very long time for dishes to be served.
The croissant was brought in a raw plate, it literally floated in it.
The waiters are completely ignored.
We took the menu ourselves (2 menus were brought to a company of 7 people), we took the blankets ourselves, we went looking for the waiter ourselves.
The service is included in the bill, but the service is disgusting.

I can't say anything about the quality of the pizza, since it was never delivered to us. If you place an order 3 hours in advance of the exact time, you will not receive the pizza on time. We were an hour late with the delivery, referring to the huge traffic jams in Cholpon-Ata.

There are no separation zones between smoking and non-smoking tables. Very long service (don't tell me about the full landing, somehow in other establishments it turns out to be faster to serve)
The rolls are just a laugh and that's all: the tempura curve that pours from the roll + pickle in the composition, seriously??? If they wanted to copy the land planet from the Russian Federation, it clearly did not work out.
And install the waiter call button in the end, yell across the hall, DEEEEEWUSHKA is a cringe
