I signed up for a hairstyle for top master Nadezhda Drapeza. I was extremely dissatisfied. The master began with the question "What will I do for you here?". I explained what I wanted and showed the photo. The master did not even offer to wash her hair (I had been washing it since the evening), she immediately began to wind it on the iron. As a result, when I said that I didn't like it, she suggested that I fix my hair myself. When I asked why they didn't wash my hair before stealing, they told me that I didn't sign up for a hair wash, but only for styling. I'm sorry, I'm already 50 years old, and I've never heard that you need to sign up for a separate hair wash. As a result, I paid 48 rubles, the mood was spoiled, I went to another salon and changed my hairstyle, giving another 43 rubles. I will never go to this salon again.

I never went to this salon, I liked everything. But recently I went to trim the tips (online recording, cost 17-24 rubles.). She asked me to pull out my hair with an iron before trimming. We did everything well, there are no complaints about the work, but what was my surprise when they charged me 47 rubles for it (17 trimming + 30 straightening with an iron). In all salons, hair is now straightened by itself so that the cut is even and they do not charge money for it, but they charged me for styling on forceps (35 rubles at the price list and, like, 5 rubles, they made a discount). Maybe I don't understand something, but I don't think it's worth it.

The salon at first glance is very good, the service is wonderful.
I decided to pierce my ear there, which eventually caused problems with my ear.
I carefully monitored the puncture, treated it three times a day. But in the end, I barely took off the earring and the puncture itself swelled.
The earring cannot be inserted now because of the pain.
I was sick before the removal, too, but I thought that I would take it off and everything would be fine, it was the same with the previous four. But in the end, I got what I got. Money is just for air and problems with the ear.
Disappointed, really. There have never been problems with a puncture, but there are disappointments in life.

In 2020, prices for services were raised 2 times for sure, maybe more. Especially for the New Year, you need to pamper yourself and increase the tariff by a couple of rubles). Yes, there are excellent craftsmen here, I constantly sign up for them, but something went wrong around Christmas (the masters I was constantly served by were busy) - a "new" other master - I forgot to remove the "vortex" on top of my head and cut it so that in a week I have to go to the hairdresser again. Thanks to the regular craftsmen for their professionalism!!! And time will tell the rest. An unsuccessful haircut at an increased rate for the New Year will not please everyone.
