I applied in March 2025 for the repair of Sony 75-inch TV. They politely asked about the problem and asked to reset the nameplate with the TV model. After that, they called back and said that the backlight was faulty, it needed to be changed, but it was impossible to bring it. I asked if maybe you should take a look, maybe it's some kind of nonsense with the power supply, to which they replied that "100% of the matter is in the backlight." I called another workshop, the master came to the house, with my help they took off the TV, took off the back cover right at home, determined that the problem was in the relay (pictured), soldered a new one and everything worked. The price of a new relay is 3 rubles. 70 kopecks. Make your own conclusion.

09/17/2021 at about 15:30 I came to pick it back up. The iron was given out by a young woman. And you know, I haven't seen such audacity and rudeness for a long time. I handed over a clean, washed iron, and I got an iron back with a dirty sole and caked rust. To my reasonable question: "What is it? Did I give you a clean iron?" I received a sharp response from the woman who gave out the iron: "Don't you have a rag at home!!!". Next, I was provided with an inarticulate "technical inspection report", from which only one thing was clear – the repair was not guaranteed. And what exactly is broken and how much the repair will cost – the master was too lazy to write. After a few minutes of conversation with a woman working in the service center, it was as if they did me a favor and called a short male foreman. The master turned out to be no better than the woman who gave the iron and immediately began with accusations: "What water they poured, they got! The repair is not guaranteed!" And you can say all this more politely or, if you are too lazy, write it in the act. A very strange attitude towards customers in the official service center of a fairly large Philips company.
