Cons (there are more of them): a delay in sending input and output messages- often messages in the LC appear 10 minutes after leaving - we have a school 5 minutes away, he is already at home when the message arrives!
an inconvenient registration system - it seems to be on the phone, yes, but if there are 2 children in one school, then how do I sign a contract? is it only on different phones?
when transferring a child to another school, the re-registration procedure takes a very long time, the product is digital - so think about the digital way of re-registration!
The call center is often overloaded, there are clearly not enough lines for communication, the functionality "press 1 to select the type of service ..." does not work! You just have to wait until a live operator is released. Either recruit people or disable this feature!
