Pros: Clean, budget-friendly, pleasant to look at, there are towels, soap, shampoo gel, saucepan, frying pan, stove, kettle, tea, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, appliances.
Cons: noisy (a lot of people entering and leaving), there is no grocery store nearby, it is very inconvenient to get there, check out at 11:30 (and not at the promised 12).
Conclusion: if you are alone, then take it, as you will save on housing. If there are 2-3 or more of you, look for housing with a more thoughtful and convenient infrastructure. For $20-25 per person, this is real.
