- A pond with swans.
- Finally, the stairs and paths have been "updated" (it seems they were made of Baibelka) left over from the Soviet era.
- In the south there are now "specific" benches from which you can admire the mountains (the view there is really beautiful).
Now I want to go there in winter.

It's beautiful here, fresh air. After the renovation, carp, swans and ducks were launched in the renovated ponds.
