I also completed the Course and am satisfied. There was 1 caveat: I waited 2 months after payment, but in my case it turned out to be more convenient for me to study just when the group was recruited. The teacher is very responsive, they analyzed life cases, the cases of each individual, the definition of needs. At the end there was an examination survey. A high-level teacher, a master of his craft. I do not regret that I went to study

The site said the beginning of classes on February 15 (copywriting course), I signed the contract on February 13, made an advance payment of 100 rubles, asked the girl when classes would start, they told me the group had not been assembled yet, but soon they would dial it and inform me. At the end of February, I clarified about the recruitment of the group, I was told that the group had not yet been recruited. And then I begin to realize that she will never get enough). I decided to open the reviews (it's a pity that I didn't do it earlier) and was completely convinced of my words. Of course, no one is going to return the prepayment, the contract is very well executed. but. You make an advance payment for the methodological data that will be sent to you by mail, but they were not even sent to me with the words "maybe it didn't get there")) in general, most likely, you will not wait for the courses, and no one will return the prepayment to you)

A wonderful training center. A wide variety of courses. Just for those who want to learn a new profession or improve their skills. The groups are small, the teachers are real professionals, the methodologist Anya conveniently made up the schedule of classes, the managers answered all questions, they were always in touch!
She studied at the Sales Manager course. We had a wonderful teacher, Sergey Leshko. Really an expert in his field! The classes were held in a friendly conversation, there was a lot of interesting, useful and relevant information. Additional artistic information in the form of books, films and commercials became a big bonus.
We became very close friends with our band.
After studying, I received a diploma. I have now got a job and am successfully applying the knowledge I gained in this course.

I tried to return the prepayment, of course, they do not want to return it. It turned out that I was not the only one and at least three dissatisfied people had already applied. I'll figure it out. In any case, do not transfer the prepayment.

Background: my husband had the opportunity to complete an electrician's course (nowadays there are not many crusts).
= On March 17, 2021, the search on the social network began. The very first line is "Institute of Business Technologies". We found an individual electrician's course on the site in two days, i.e. our search stopped there. They called, explained that we are not from Minsk, it is advisable for us to come, sign up and immediately take the course (the course costs 520 bel.rub.). We were promised that as soon as we sign a contract, we will immediately coordinate classes with the teacher. We agreed to study at any time of the day. Naturally, we bought into the promises, because the organization is serious and inspires confidence.
We drop everything at home.
= March 23 (Tuesday) we leave for Minsk. On the same day we arrived, signed a contract, the girl promised to coordinate classes with the teacher and call back tomorrow. That's what they promised my husband in the office.
= March 24 - we are waiting for a call, there is no answer. Trust is slowly fading.
= March 25 - we call (another girl), it turned out that they should call back within three working days and they remember about us.
= March 26 is the third working day, there is no answer. I still don't understand why it is so difficult to dial and explain the situation (we can also understand everything and wait). I just don't have enough anger at them.
March 29 - we call ourselves (well, what if they forgot about us). The girl on the wire - we remember about you, the schedule of classes has not yet been agreed and has not been drawn up, do not worry, they will dial you today. There is no answer on the day, at 16:30 we dial a number. The girl didn't feed us noodles well in the morning, and started serving them for dinner. It turns out that the teacher is on a business trip, it is unknown when he will arrive and does not get in touch. It's funny, I didn't understand why a teacher on a business trip during "working hours" (Monday) also doesn't get in touch to coordinate or make up a schedule. Or maybe they don't even have a teacher anymore, but I still eat noodles.
= March 30th. The husband went to terminate the contract. And here again there is a catch, we take the money in one hand and we will decide to give it back within 3 days (they told my husband, and to me on the phone - within 30 days).
Money refund scheme, terminated contract//the lawyer is working remotely//the lawyer's response//signature of the Director//reply to my email. The scheme is as simple as clicking your fingers, and in general, termination agreements are all the same and the answers of lawyers with a replacement in the sample "Full name and customer data" are also all the same. The issue is solved within 10 minutes. Principled ladies are sitting there. We asked to calculate today, as we urgently need to leave, it turned out that it was not necessary and no one is making concessions (they reminded us that we do not live in Minsk, but 300 km away.). I don't need anything else's, and they don't want to give mine away. They couldn't answer the simple question of who would bring me the money either.
By the way, there is no reception number on the website. Well, that's how we mere mortals can contact our superiors. But in no way, apparently only at the discretion of specialists, they wrote down my number and name. Today is Tuesday, March 30th, I'm waiting for the boss to call.

When concluding a contract with them, record the words of the manager on a dictaphone, this is not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, and will serve as proof. If, like me, you fell into their fraud, what was the amount of your contribution, write a statement, the statute of limitations of the application is three years, write to the central district IC, to the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus, only in this case the investigative authorities will pay attention to them, because their director generally flaunts the won in a mock form but, apparently, this stops many from writing a statement, and still helps to deceive other people.
