It's a terrible place. I had a technical internship at this plant. I was in the production of Intes (one of the worst). Even though you are doing an internship, no one cares, you will be required to do the same as an ordinary hard worker. The head of production, one of the most terrible people. He is constantly dissatisfied with something, constantly walks around frowning and constantly pestering you whether you are working or not. If you are going to practice here, then I advise you to think 20 times.

I worked here for 2 years, I can't say that everything was just terrible, maybe I got into the best workshop.
The head of the 20th production was and most likely is a wonderful woman, responsive, always helped in everything.
For the most part, the masters are also nice people, technologists, of course, in a number of instances, there is a feeling that they knew less than I did, but as it is.
Another question is that the equipment is really the work of my parents' parents, the atmosphere is gray and oppressive.
Decent po's are paid only to those who sit at the top, shop workers, you can not even dream about the average salary for the plant, which is written on the blackboard.
When working out, they did not ask if I wanted to work in a spacesuit and in 3 shifts, you just go wherever you have to (the only thing if there are contraindications for health, then you will most likely sit in the office sorting through papers)
Speaking of all branches, the RFP is most likely the best, if compared with the same Transistor, where in the rainy seasons, water is both on the street and in the building, and the plant itself inside looks like a Soviet relic.
One of the advantages for nonresidents is a hostel, if you want to stay after studying in Minsk, you will be given the opportunity.
The canteens are not bad either, I've been to 3 myself, maybe there are more, but in the last half year of my work it has become unreasonably expensive.
Most of the employees are young professionals who have been sent to work, or people over 45-50 who have been working here for a very long time, waiting for a pension and the like, there are very few middle-aged people.
The conveyor is working, the work ends-the person leaves-a new one comes in his place, although there are still not enough people.
As a result, I can say that the experience is great, but I won't repeat it again. For a novice specialist, having passed the path of working out, you will gain training for years to come.
