My favorite flight from Minsk is at 4:00 a.m., fast border crossing (except for the summer period), competent drivers, comfortable seats for passengers. I recently traveled with a guy on the Minsk-Moscow bus, and the trip left only pleasant impressions.
The bus was comfortable - clean interior, comfortable seats, sockets, and Wi-Fi worked, which was especially helpful on the road when cellular communication was lost. The driver drove carefully, without sudden movements. We were also pleased with the stops - there is enough time to stretch and have a snack. The atmosphere in the cabin is calm, many were sleeping or watching movies, so the journey went unnoticed. Overall, the trip was comfortable and, most importantly, stress-free. I travel by intercar Minsk-Moscow and Moscow-Minsk. In general, I like everything. The buses are clean, the drivers are good, we arrive mostly without delay. I don't like that often the location of seats on the bus does not match the scheme from the website, you take a seat by the window - and you find yourself in the aisle and vice versa. I like promotions when you can buy a ticket at half price, and even when buying tickets at the office they give you a discount card - 10% discount on all tickets, and the seventh trip is free!

I want to leave a review about INTERCARS carrier! I was driving Minsk-Gdansk,
There are no complaints about the bus itself, the drivers, everything is clean, cozy, everything works!👍👌
There is a gap in the information about the transfer of the departure and arrival points of the bus! They brought me to the wrong stop, which is indicated on the ticket, fortunately I managed to contact my family and warn them where to look for me! I asked myself why the bus wasn't moving on.They said there is no travel for tourist buses!Therefore, when it was time to leave Gdansk, I asked several times in the chat if the stop was indicated?They said YES!
Arriving, absolutely calm, at the departure point, an SMS arrives 10 minutes before departure, that the stop is changing to another one, and 3.5 km away!
Is this a joke? All the people started calling a taxi, which was not easy to call, because it was a day off!
Explain, if you know that the bus does not go to the stop indicated on the ticket, why not change the information immediately, or at least specify the driver's phone number so that you can call and ask them to wait!

In December 2024, I went to Berlin for Christmas on the Intercars bus. The round trip went great. The travel time passed unnoticed (comfortably, I think we passed the Polish border quickly, about 3-4 hours). Note to travelers-it's very warm in front of the bus, in winter we rode in T-shirts, the first 4 rows, it's cooler further, take this point into account when buying tickets). Overall, excellent service, you can find tickets at a convenient time in different directions (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Vilnius, Warsaw, Berlin). We are waiting for new routes, towards Italy for example!

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of Intercars for organizing a clear and well-established system of international passenger transportation. On February 17, IP BayerTrans was returning by bus from Prague to Minsk. The ride was comfortable, with thoughtful technical breaks, and the drivers provided professional assistance to get through the border as quickly as possible.
Even stops outside the main train stations in Katowice and Krakow made it possible to avoid driving through rush-hour traffic jams.

We gathered with friends to go to St. Petersburg, everyone is 18-20 years old, but we bought tickets on different days. Friends punched tickets with a 10% discount for young people, set a tariff for the age of 13-26 years and gave cards for a bonus travel system, noting these two. We arrived another day, we were given different ages for round-trip tickets for everyone in the fare (13-26, 27-59, 60+), they didn't say anything about the discount, especially about the cards. Yes, they gave us tickets to check, but we only looked at the time and place, we didn't notice.
When they noticed, they came back to ask, and they told us it didn't matter. At that time, they didn't know about the cards at all.

I have used the services of the IP BayerTrans / Intercars carrier several times. When everything is good, it's good. But as soon as there are any issues that need to be resolved, the company immediately steps aside. I communicated via email, it is not clear who is responding, they do not introduce themselves or sign up, the staff are poorly qualified: they do not navigate their own database. There was a situation that the bus did not arrive for boarding, there was a delay of several hours, the phones were not answered, completely ignored. The money, of course, was not refunded for the unused trip.
Complete incompetence and lack of customer orientation.
