I would like to sincerely thank Intercity for our magical vacation in the UAE. On the very first day, when booking a ticket, it turned out that the program had failed and it was impossible to book a tour. Tatiana monitored the work of the program on her day off, booked seats for us and we went on vacation exactly on the dates we wanted. This is the highest level of customer orientation! We have been vacationing in Turkey with the Intercity company for several years in a row. I would like to thank the company as a whole, and separately the manager Tatiana for the excellent organization of our holiday. With the guys, everything is always clear, understandable, on time and stress-free. Tatiana is in touch even on her days off and always asks if everything is okay, if there are any questions. This year we flew to the White City Resort hotel. The hotel was chosen for the most part based on reviews on tophotels.ru . We have never regretted staying at this particular hotel. Everything was fine: the food, the sea, and the service. There are no complaints. The hotel has a small but very compact territory. We had enough. The entrance to the sea is sandy, suitable for small children as well. Near the market, Waikiki, a small migros. I highly recommend both the hotel and the company. Next time we will definitely fly with Intercity.

In mid-November, we flew from Intercity to Sharm, the Iber Hotel. I liked everything! The hotel is lovely, 16+, no children, quiet, calm and clean.The sea is very warm and clean, the bay is windless, the water and air temperature are very comfortable for my husband and me. Since 2014, I have been a regular customer of the Intercity company, and recently returned with a friend from a wonderful trip to the UAE, which was offered to us by the tour operator Tatiana. Impressions about the rest are the best, we have long dreamed of visiting there! But first of all, I would like to note the work of the Intercity team - Tatiana told us about the country perfectly and patiently, described everything thoroughly, since we flew there for the first time and there were a lot of questions). She picked us a hotel that matched our budget, took into account all our wishes - and the proximity to the beach, and excellent staff, and delicious food.

The best vacation from Intercity, and specifically from Tatiana! Tatiana's vast experience in tourism allowed me to swim in the calm ocean in Sri Lanka while the waves were raging around the island; in Vietnam, she advised an old, but huge and cool hotel, instead of a brand-new 5-star hotel, which was visited in Nha Trang as guests - and the level is not the same as in the reviews - just a column without anything (of which there are many in Vietnam); well, and for the super offer in the UAE for a combination - thank you very much!

We flew in February from Intercity to Hurghada, Egypt, namely to the Aladin Hotel. Olga's tour operator's work is wonderful, the person is in his place, always in touch, she told me thoroughly about each proposed hotel, the pros and cons.

It's never too late to leave a review, especially when you've exceeded your expectations by 200%.Many thanks to Tatiana Kashtalyan, who organized a cool January vacation for us, namely: a combo tour, a direct flight from Minsk, in principle persuaded us to the UAE, although both were skeptical, the first Ras Al Khaimah Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island (4*) from 9 to 15.01 all inclusive (the hotel is very cool, you will not regret it, yes it is purely family, lying, drinking, eating, but when it is a combo tour, everything is organic), then we moved to Dubai Al Khoory Executive Hotel (3*) breakfast from 15 to 20.01 (hiking has already begun here, only 1 time we were at the sea😂). The price of the tour turned out to be super-profitable, the tourists we met on the spot cried at our stories about the combo tour, because no one offered them such a thing. A big plus is that she is a traveler herself, has visited many countries and places of rest, i.e. information from the original source! All wishes and requests are taken into account, our trips have left pleasant memories. The main thing is that you will be "guided" to the very departure, transmit all the accurate information on flights, departure time, etc. During the holidays, Tatiana is always in touch, you can ask a question and get an answer promptly.
P.S. June 2022. rest at the hotel Alegria 5* Side district. The hotel is for adults, without children - the main audience is Germans, a few Europeans and Russian speakers. The rooms are small, cozy, and have loggias. The food is quite decent. The sea is 10 minutes from the hotel, the beach is divided into zones by hotel, there is Wi-Fi. The entrance is sand, smooth. Beer from 10-00, you buy fruits yourself. Entertainment is just a game of "bocho", as it is all over the beach.

Later, before departure, they call and say there are no places in the hotel. Thus, they deliberately try to introduce a situation of confusion a few hours before a person's departure, offering 2-3 more options more expensive by several hundred euros and much worse in level.in case of cancellation of the flight, the money is knocked out with a scandal within 7 working days. But!!! The vacation is on, the hot offers are going away. But they took the money and don't want to give it back. guys! PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GIVING YOUR MONEY TO INTERCITY.
