I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Intercity travel agency, and especially to the manager Kristina Koval, for organizing our unforgettable vacation in Egypt! We were incredibly pleased with the tour for two to Sharm El Sheikh, to the Sunrise Remal Resort Hotel, which took place from July 3 to 13.
From the very organization of the tour to the stay at the hotel, everything was at the highest level. The selection of the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Our stay at Sunrise Remal Resort was truly wonderful: excellent service, varied and delicious food, magnificent sea with a beautiful coral reef, comfortable rooms – all this made our stay unforgettable.
I would especially like to note that during the entire holiday there was not a single unpleasant incident, which indicates the high professionalism of the organizers. Many thanks to Kristina for this beautifully organized tour!
It is worth adding that we have been using INTERCITY services and, in particular, tours selected by Kristina for many years. During all this time, we have never regretted our choice and have always been delighted with our travels. We can confidently recommend INTERCITY to anyone who appreciates a quality vacation and a professional approach to organizing tours!

We went on a tour to Azerbaijan in October 2023.
Of the cons -
1. the program does not correspond to the one stated on the website (it is banal that "acquaintance with Baku Boulevard" was absent on the first day of excursions, but it is good that we did it ourselves on the first free day. This is just one example)
2. with regard to the program from the site, we studied it in advance and knew what to expect on a particular day (of course, they will object to me about "possible changes", but let me remind you - boulevard ...). And every day ask the "guide" what we will have tomorrow (showing the program) - it counts A vacation?receiving in response "this is an old program, it was in the summer" - that is, InterCity does not have reliable information and provides it to tourists?
2. a local "guide" (rather just an escort) is a simple example, in the Temple of Fire Worshippers "Ateshgah", going into one of the rooms "such was the flora and fauna in the 6th century" (read from the exhibition), Googling the "guide" on the way to the attraction information about it and everything in the future the same... and after that, there was a tension in communication, which was felt when the driver and the "guide" communicated in their own language... The cherry in all communication is the lack of information on transfer and departure, which again we had to achieve ourselves. I repeat - is this considered a vacation?
Pros:
1. Hotels - everything, as stated, pleasant location, delicious breakfasts, staff assistance
2. Many thanks to Tatiana Kashtalyan, who was always in touch with us and tried to solve all the points of the program, her support was very felt.
The result is 2 stars.
The conclusion is that there is no desire for such a vacation anymore, will I contact this travel agency again? unlikely.

I have been booking trips to Intercity for 8 years. Although Intercity has offices only in Minsk and Gomel, the travel agency is quite strong, they even order charter planes themselves. Agents are always very tactful, polite, always prompt carefully, do not impose anything. It immediately catches on that the agents do not fawn over you, because when they are too nice to you, it means that they want to deceive you. A very good travel agency. Special thanks to Irina (Gomel), we worked with her when booking a hotel on our last vacation. She told me everything about the trip before departure, then asked me to write from the hotel how we got there, then after arrival she also asked if everything went well. Very pleasant.

In July 2023, she vacationed at the Kilikya Resort Camyuva hotel in Turkey. When choosing a hotel in the Kemer area, I paid attention to the spacious beach and small pebbles at the entrance to the sea. Manager Oksana has ideally chosen a quiet hotel on the 1st coastline with a great beach. The successful choice of the hotel opened Turkey for me as a great place to relax. Every trip with Intercity is a confidence that the rest will be organized at a high level. See you next season.

Hello! The tour operator is so-so, I came across their advertising on Instagram, responded, they contacted me. In addition to the fact that the contact persons do not own what is offered in that advertisement, communication is also disrespectful to their customers. The price tag that is published does not correspond to reality with a difference of 1.5 times, all this is done for the sake of a profit scam, to put on the hook people who are ready to fly on vacation now to powder their brains and eventually sell the tour at inflated prices. The answers to the questions you ask are generally in a different plane, as if they don't hear at all.

Cuba is love! It was already the 4th trip with Intercity and the 2nd trip to Cuba.
Relaxing overseas during a pandemic is not an easy task. It is worth paying tribute to our manager Irina, all the nuances were outlined at the start and we were fully ready for the trip. Separately, I would like to mention the Playa Vista Azul hotel in Varadero.
The view that opens from the hotel lobby is impossible to forget. We were very pleased with the trip, and we hope to return to Cuba one more time. Azure ocean, snow-white beaches, local flavor, delicious pina colada, colonial architecture. It's worth seeing. Thanks to Intercity!
