If you need to assemble a PC, I advise you to find a better place. When I took the service, they said one price, but in the end it turned out to be more expensive. But I have no idea what's complicated there, they rather wanted to take off more money. They installed the old version of Windows, which has not yet been activated, for such a price it was possible, at least for the sake of decency, to crack. What else surprised me was that the master finally told me to download the app myself to control the screen on the cooler and configure everything myself, the same as with the motherboard. I mean, he threw his job on me. It is also unknown whether the master conducted tests for iron stability and performance under high loads.(I don't think so.) The wizard also installed the stupidest antivirus software. The cable management did, but I wouldn't care. It's up to you to draw conclusions, but I wouldn't address them a second time.

A disgusting place - there is a complete deception and disregard for customers. How it happens: you see the price on the website, place an order, and then the price changes up. If at this stage you are ready to re-order at this location, then here is the second point for you: the delivery dates indicated on the website do not correspond to reality. Communication with employees does not lead to anything and you will receive answers like: "there is no receipt date", "there is no information when it will arrive", etc.

Excellent specialists in their field, they will always help with some questions about computer hardware and give recommendations (not always obvious), I ordered a computer from them in 18 and already in 21-22 I bought from them all the stuffing for my current computer (from the old one only the case, hard drive and a pair of wires with one die there are no operatives left) and even poured out a full set of screws for the motherboard. I highly recommend you to visit if you decide to upgrade your hardware or take something from the periphery.

They said that they would bring everything within 7 working days, after 7 days, they had only a power supply and a case, the video card was never brought, after almost 3 weeks, they did not have a video card (almost every day they say that it is about to arrive, then what is the one there was an error in the warehouse and the courier did not pick up your video card) As a result, I bought only a power supply and a case there, I bought a video card at ANOTHER store, which delivered it without problems the next day. But the most terrible thing is another, they sold a used case (traces of use are visible, under the guise of a new one. Without telling me anything about it. The box would have been sealed with adhesive tape (ordinary), they packed it themselves under the guise of a new one, but when unpacking and installing the system into the case, scuffs were found at the bolt attachment points, scuffs on the glass side cover, scratches on the front side. The store said that the order was reserved and the goods would be delivered at 02/28/12 in Grodno. On Monday, 02/28/12, the store posts information that on this day there is a revaluation of goods due to the exchange rate. On Tuesday (03/01/12), I call about my order and find out that the components cannot be delivered at the original price, the total difference is 165p. I was extremely disappointed because it was possible to purchase the product on the online store at the same cost. I do not recommend this store, because profit comes first, not the reputation of the store or the customer himself.

And they offer a similar one (but technically it is worse at work), but you need to pay another + 100 rubles. The guys are working really well. Good afternoon, I am writing a review from a PC, which I was able to issue in half an hour, and bring to Grodno from Minsk the next day, which unfortunately 256 bits could not do. I placed an order on the website, where it was indicated on the order page "Our manager will contact you soon to confirm the details of the order." "In the near future" in the understanding of this store probably meant "you need a PC, call yourself." After 6 days of silence, they called the store themselves, they told us "the specified video card is not available (apparently you should have guessed this), instead of rtx 2080 we can offer 3070, then we will recalculate the cost and call you back." And do you think they called back? Apparently, again, "you need a PC, call yourself." As a result, I spat and ordered from another store. And a curious fact, after our call, the price tag for the selected pc on the pc website increased by 752 rubles (despite the fact that the configuration has not changed, and the PC is still available on the website))) In general, I would not recommend this store P.S. I perfectly understand that video cards are in short supply now, and something may not be available, but the policy "we have a website, but we do not update price tags and availability of goods, so call yourself" is also not an option for a customer-oriented business P.P.S. Order No. 3178, I think it can be canceled, at the same time we will check whether this store reads reviews)
