We ordered a bed with a mattress, promised 3-4 weeks. It's been a month and a half now, at some point they ignored and dropped calls for several days, then turned off the phone altogether. In the VK group and in the BOS, questions about why they ignore are not answered! Somehow we got through. The delivery turned out to be 1,500 rubles, while another person from the same organization promised 1,200! For goods that cost more than 20k, as indicated on the website, there should be a discount, which the owners are not aware of, and made a discount type as an exception. Then the product is there and ready for shipment, then it turns out that it is not there, and so on several times. Then the bed is ready to be shipped, then it is not there, then it turns out that it was sold and a new one was ordered... The guys are muddy, they change their shoes on the go, they don't call themselves, they constantly have to call and pull information. I will not order more here and I do not advise anyone who cares about their nerves.
