On 3.12.22, I purchased a Valentino bag (art. VV20024) for 107650 tenge. After less than a year of periodic wearing, the bag fell into disrepair: the fastening of the shoulder strap broke off and the handles of the bag were damaged. I contacted the store on 11/18.23 with a complaint about this, to which I received a response that a warranty period of 30 days was set for this product (this period was set by an internal order, which I did not know about before receiving a response from the company). In my opinion, it is very strange to set a one-month warranty period for such an expensive product, nevertheless, according to Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 274-IV dated 05/04/10 "In cases where the warranty period provided for in the contract is less than two years and the defects of the goods were discovered by the consumer after the warranty period, but within two years from on the day of the transfer of the goods to the consumer, the seller (manufacturer) is responsible if the consumer proves that the defects of the goods occurred before the transfer of the goods to the consumer or for reasons that arose up to that moment," and therefore they told me that they were ready to re-consider my application when providing an act of examination of nonconformity, without specifying where it can be done And the organizations I interviewed in Astana replied that they do not conduct such research.
Thus, I bought an expensive bag, hoping that it would last me a long time, but the seller set a deadline of 30 days, after which, apparently, there is simply nowhere in the city to even apply for expertise. I have an extremely negative impression of this experience, and therefore I warn you that you need to carefully consider all the points of purchase in this store.
