On December 31, I took a certificate from this store, and when I bought it, it turned out that there were no envelopes to pack it. No alternative was offered . It's very disorganized before the holidays and the service is terrible in the person of Elena Shunkevich, a sales consultant.

I really liked the service in this store. The consulting girls helped a lot, looking for the right sizes in the warehouse. Unfortunately, the silk pajamas that I intended here and thanks to the wonderful staff, I did not buy from them, but from intimissimi in Expobel, as there was a suitable size for me. But I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to these consultants. Thanks for the help!
