Excellent service, but Russians won't just open the card, they'll have to collect a list of documents. Practically no one speaks Russian. We need to go here with the locals

There is always a queue at the exchange office, but the staff is nice and responsive. The location is good. Beautiful facade. There are ATMs nearby on the street, which is very convenient.
