I always applied to Invitro (Vitebsk, 23 Kommunisticheskaya St.) for tests and everything was fine, but today they came to donate blood to a child (4 years old) and were shocked... The electronic queue does not work (but the ticket must be knocked out and a shared live queue must be taken). We stood in line with a 4-year-old child for more than 20 minutes, followed by obstetrician Oksana Ryabushko, who does not know where or what tests to look for in the database. We had the tests scheduled by the doctor on a form!!! I've been asked several times, are you sure you need them? ( there are no comments at all ) No one says anything about the promotion. At the moment, the promotion code word "instagram" is in effect, 11% discount, but they could not explain to me where it is. There is dirt at the entrance and no one cleans it.
P.S. service is 0 for a lot of money.

It was not the first time I came across this laboratory, when I urgently needed to do repeated gynecological tests after treatment. I chose Invitro solely because of the staff and work schedule: the laboratory opens at 7:30 a.m.
Advantages: polite staff, I want to mention Ryabushko O., there are no huge queues, you can get the test results by e-mail, as well as a very professional doctor Novitskaya I.A. Thanks to the staff and service, I will return again with the whole family.

The service is good.
The administrator is alone, but tries not to create large queues. It works quickly. Always after passing the tests, he is interested in how he feels - it's nice.
The laboratory assistants are also polite and pleasant, there have never been any problems. And they will ask about how they feel, and they will tell you what they are doing and will do so that they don't get nervous.
A bonus when taking tests is a hot drink from the vending machine. I tried it a couple of times - the coffee is not bad.

No privacy! At the department on Kommunisticheskaya 23, they propose to defiantly put a stool and urine test on the reception desk in front of the entire queue. I'm shocked! Even in the state polyclinic, they take turns going into the office and leaving it.
