Friendly staff, a fast electronic queue works, where there are preferential extraordinary categories (they were very promptly accepted with a small child!), and the blood test itself was taken by the sorceress nurse Lyudmila super painlessly and with love as to her child! 🥰 The bonus in the form of a balloon and stickers is generally aerobatics, the child felt like the hero of the day and as if he had a holiday! I also looked at a showcase with gift certificates, this is a SUPER GIFT, especially as a gift for elderly parents who "don't set foot in paid clinics." I recently visited the invitro, and was very satisfied with the service! I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional approach of the staff. the nurses are responsive and decent. The room is clean and cozy. The equipment looks modern and reliable. The test results came back quickly. I highly recommend this laboratory!!

Unfortunately, this is not the first time that a preliminary consultation with the administrator on the time of material collection is negative! Please do the work on providing the CORRECT information to the client. On 11/26/24 at 17:30, I went to clarify the time of receiving the material for the analysis specifically indicated to the administrator and whether there are time limits.!!!!The answer was: there are no restrictions, we accept during working hours. As a result, at 18:20 on the same day, the biomaterial was not accepted! I was told that I need to look at the business card! The time of admission is indicated there, and the fact that I specifically went to clarify it - it probably doesn't mean anything!!! Honestly, any desire to contact such laboratories disappears. If you don't get proper advice on an elementary question!

There are also no questions about the timing of the production of the results, but there are questions for the staff at the reception. I would also like some kind of confidentiality: everyone in the queue hears what tests you order, the registrars, in my opinion, deliberately, although perhaps with the best intentions, loudly ask everything again. This is still personal information. By the way, by the end of 2023, using a promo code from Yandex.Cards have a 15% discount on tests.It seems that the promotion was extended for 2024!

When you come to a private organization with fairly high prices, you naturally expect that you will be served respectfully, and not treated so indifferently. There is no individual approach to the client at all, just an attitude like a conveyor belt of people. You can go to the state polyclinic for this, but at least it's not surprising there. I was very disappointed with today's march 14.06 in the Invitro. And the boorish attitude was not only towards me, but also towards the girl standing in front of me. Why wasn't the administrator explained how to communicate with clients and how to resolve conflict situations? Big disappointment, not a foot to you anymore
