I would like to express my gratitude to the wonderful staff of the Invitro branch at Surganova 88. I am your regular customer and I am extremely pleased with the work of nurse Ksenia Kulik. A huge professional in her field, she donated blood many times, never even felt it, not to mention pain, bruises, etc. Always polite, courteous. It's a pleasure to go to her. I would also like to note the work of the medical registrars who were on shift on November 19. They will always tell you, they are also polite, there have never been any nuances when visiting the laboratory, which favorably distinguishes Invitro from other private laboratories (I have not met such professionalism).

If you come by 10 and later in the morning, there will be no queue at all) only in private laboratories we take tests with a child - the staff is very friendly, they always give the child stickers, a candy bar, a bracelet ...) that is, stress and the negative impression of the blood test itself are minimized. I advise you to choose private laboratories, not polyclinics, especially if you are taking tests on a child.

My daughter and I passed tests today in the Invitro laboratory at Surganova 88. At the reception, very pleasant and polite administrators, Lyubov Mankevich and Anastasia Nebokatkina, competently explained everything according to the tests. But special thanks to Nurse Oksana Yanovich. My daughter is terrified of getting tested because of bad veins. The nurse looked serious, but the man was in his place, a professional in his field. She talked to her daughter so much that she didn't even notice how they took her blood. For the first time in my life, my daughter was taken the first time. The nurse found the wreath so easily. After that, the daughter said that she would donate blood only at this office and only from this nurse. Thank you for such employees.

I like this place. Everything is fast and efficient. I donated blood from a vein twice-I really liked the girl who takes blood, is polite, does everything quickly and clearly. It's also cool that there is an opportunity to get coffee for free at the vending machine. I would also like to mention the nice interior and clean floors;)

We took tests with children on 08/23/2024. I liked everything, but I especially want to mention the professional work of the nurse who took the blood. It doesn't hurt at all and it's fast. I visit this laboratory periodically, and for the first time I felt like I was in a free clinic. Paying 250 rubles and enduring such a boorish attitude from a laboratory assistant is not what I expected when I went to a private laboratory. I do not require special treatment, you can simply say hello, and so clearly not show your displeasure by rolling your eyes. The advantage is only in the quick availability of analyzes, but this is also available in other private laboratories. Unfortunately, I did not find the name of the laboratory assistant in the invoice, so that you could have a conversation about service standards. (March 19 , 10 a.m.)

I applied for the first time.
I liked the level of service, despite the fact that the courier arrived, brought some bags and had to wait a little. They apologized for waiting, took blood from a vein, I didn't even feel anything.
The results were sent to the post office 10 hours after the analysis was completed.
In general, I liked everything, I recommend it.

I visit periodically if necessary, it's a pity that today (Saturday) I didn't make it to 11, and tomorrow the center is no longer working. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service, the test results come very quickly (often day after day) and coffee for free after the procedures is a pleasant bonus)

According to my visits, so far this is the most pretentious and worst medical institution in Minsk.
A lot of papers are processed manually and for a very long time.
An additional 30-40 minutes from the scheduled time.
Patients are escorted out to wait outside in the cold, although the hall inside is completely empty.
A similar picture is in the Invitro at Independence 40, where I often see a queue on the street.

I specifically called the operator to clarify the possibility of taking tests at the office on Mogilevskaya Street. I listened for 10 minutes to the analysis options, recommendations and how I would be welcome any day from 7 a.m. I arrived and got turned away. I found out that they can't do any tests at all and the only thing they can offer me is a business card. Thanks a lot.
