Service is sooooo bad, personnel is working slow and ignoring clients at all cost. Operators are not following ticket orders. No proper que. Called call centre, asked for working ATM, they just told to go and see if its working or not.

Everything was perfect expect the one staff who was responsible for my apply and didn’t give me enough good service
