Sooooo slow the staff are working. The bank opens at 9.00, but this does not mean that the first visitor will be accepted at this time. At 9.00, an employee only comes to his workplace, and until he fiddles with all the papers on the table, recalculates all the money until the computer boots (and that's not a fact), the first visitor will be accepted at 9.30 at best. There are always some problems, then the computer slows down, then the program does not work. If you come to the bank and there is no queue, you are lucky.
