I was recently undergoing dental treatment, I really didn't like dentist Makarenko in my opinion. The anesthesia didn 't work , the tooth treatment was painful , and my jaw ached all over . The tooth was treated for as long as 2 hours - this is a regular filling . There was no polishing of the tooth . I paid almost 200 rubles for it . I was a regular customer , not a foot anymore . It 's a pity that for such money , such a job

I've never heard of this clinic before. It's just that many people have been treating their teeth for years at the same dentist. I'm one of those people. I got into the clinic precisely because my doctor came to work there. I liked the clinic. Everything is OK. Why four stars rather than five is one specific minus. It was difficult to get through and make an appointment for the second and third doctor's appointments. It even caused a feeling of healthy smiling sarcasm inside me. It's like I'm back in the USSR. I can't understand the owner, because it's his money. Lost profits. Can't you put in a multi-channel phone? The administrator either has a busy network, or no one is picking up the phone! YOU CAN'T EARN MUCH WITH THIS KIND OF MARKETING!!!

Today, on April 4, I was in dentistry. I wanted to cure a ruined tooth. They said it couldn't be cured, only removed. I was willing to cure some other tooth. But this was refused to me. They offered to remove tartar oral hygiene, the doctor announced the price of 200 rubles. And only on the trail of a visit to make another tooth. It is very unclear why my treatment was refused. Divorce for money is most likely.

I rarely write bad reviews, but it boiled over. I came here to treat my teeth for the second time, and the second time the reception delay was 35 minutes! It's not a 5 or a 10. Everything would be fine, but the first time it was 20 minutes, I waited and went to the reception, the second time I couldn't wait, because after that there were important plans that could not be adjusted in time. I just had to get up and leave. The receptionist didn't even tell me anything, didn't apologize, didn't offer a discount, didn't ask the doctor how much longer to wait.
The question is, why record clients so tightly if doctors do not have time, because it is not an isolated case, but a post-season practice, judging by some reviews. I hoped that I had found a good dentist in my area, but I remember another one.
You need to value not only your income, but also respect your customers!
And they also pissed me off for the first time by taking pictures of my mouth without even asking me. And so you sit for an hour with your mouth open, so they turn the camera over you for 5 minutes.

Our family did not like this clinic. The administrator was friendly, but no one said anything about the delay in the appointment with the orthodontist, and did not warn (although they asked by phone to reschedule the appointment from 19.00 to 16.45, and they took it half an hour late ...). The orthodontist did not prescribe any proper treatment, there was a feeling that either our case was not her profile either I'm not interested, or she doesn't know how to resolve our issue. They left the office tired and upset (the child asked not to go there anymore!). After that, we received a consultation with another orthodontist in 10 minutes with a clear action plan and treatment schedule. I do not recommend visiting((
