I contacted 09.04.2023 with a problem (I filled the macbook with beer). The keys stuck + the touchpad lagged. They said they would do everything they could, clean it up, etc. As a result, they gave it back after about three hours and said that they had done everything except restore the touchpad. A flooded Macbook was brought. We were promised to dry it and diagnose what was wrong with it. A day later they ask to pick it up, they say they dried it and everything works.
We take it away and nothing works fine! We return it and ask for a diagnosis. I said that the touchpad and keyboard stopped working first. A week later, they call and say that they need to be replaced... and here is the list: keyboard, touchpad, battery, speakers and housing. The Karl corps!!! They say it costs the same as a keyboard and touchpad that don't work. I quote: "Replace all this and everything will work for sure, you will have a new MacBook."
When I asked if the motherboard was OK, they answered YES. We felt that it was all very strange and we needed to pick up the MacBook. They didn't want to give it to us, they asked for money for diagnostics (which they themselves performed poorly, even for the first time).
They took it away and took it to a more trusted friend for diagnosis, who revealed that the MacBook was NOT fully dried, the motherboard was NOT working. We replaced only the motherboard and that's it, and the native keyboard and touchpad have been working for more than a year.
Conclusion: this service does a low-quality job and tries to deceive you. They would have received all the original working internals of our MacBook and would have supplied us with something of unknown origin. The name of their service speaks for itself.

I would like to draw attention to the incompetence of the service center staff. On behalf of the organization, which is a regular customer, I handed over 2 mobile phones for repair on 03.01.2023.
The service center failed to repair these two phones CONSISTENTLY for several reasons, which caused significant inconvenience to the client and wasted time.
The first problem voiced in the evening after the phones were handed over, it turned out that there were no spare parts for one of the phones – I was not told about this initially and was assured that after the handover the phones would be repaired tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. I agreed to wait for the spare part for a week and began to prepare documents for payment to the service center.
Half an hour later, the following problem was announced: you need to wait not for a week, but until 10.01.2023, but we agreed to these conditions.
After another half hour, the service center staff said that they needed to pick up the phones, as they would not be able to repair them due to some internal problems.
These manipulations completely spoil the positive assessment of the work of the past staff and the head of the service center in the person of Galeev Rasul. Also, for some reason, the loyalty program (discount) was canceled, which we have been increasing for years by repairing devices in this service center. Thus, the information on the official website of the service center (the availability of a loyalty program) does not correspond to reality, customers are being misled.
We are unlikely to contact this service center in the future and do not advise anyone.

On 10/28/2021, I contacted AiSlomal LLC so that they would perform an iPhone X repair service. I dropped my phone and it had streaks on the display. Apparently, the train has moved away (a sore of almost all tenth of iPhones). I decided to open the phone myself and take a look. There is experience in opening and replacing the display, as well as other parts, as I have already done this in earlier models. Upon opening, the plume broke at the bend, apparently the braid melted from the high temperature, although I had not encountered this before. I took it to the above-mentioned service and asked for the replacement of the display and case. I turned to them because I bought into the fact that the employees are very respectful and said that they have official certified Apple spare parts. Therefore, I decided to overpay 100 or 150 rubles for their respect for the customer and official spare parts. As a result, I arrived. I immediately reported that the display was not working and the cable was broken. They say, okay, you can take 700 rubles from you tonight. (the first thing that confused me was that they offered me to replace the display and the case for the promotion for 725 rubles, although in total these two services cost 700 rubles. Therefore, I chose without a ”promotion“) after a few hours, they dialed me and said: we can supply you with a thermal pad for the battery and a gasket for the display for an additional 30 rubles. This is despite the fact that these gaskets are supplied by the manufacturer. The lack of thermal pads for the battery can lead to overheating, a rapid decrease in battery life, and it can jerk to hell. Well, there's nothing to do, I can't refuse because I understand that there may be consequences, and I can't refuse repairs, since I will have to pay the money for the refusal. I agreed. Then they say that they cannot transfer the TrueTone function, which is provided by the manufacturer in the display and which requires firmware for the phone, since my cable on the old display is broken.(I told them that initially). I said that there is another way to flash the display without using the old display in 15-20 minutes using a good old computer. They told me that they don't do that. When they finished their work, I came and expressed my dissatisfaction with them, at first gently, then moderately rudely (for this I partially apologize, since I understand that these are just employees and they cannot step over the rules set by Rasul Galeev from Moscow). After that, they said that they could still flash a new display for an additional 180 rubles. I couldn't stand it and said that they were eating at
all. Then they said, oh, they got it wrong, 36 rubles and called it programming. (On the website, such a service costs 30 rubles.). I offered them to return my phone to the original state in which I gave it to them or to make me a firmware for free.(according to the law on consumer rights, I can demand the gratuitous elimination of the shortage of the performed service). They refused. They contacted their supervisor Rasul from Moscow and let me talk to him. I explained the situation to him. In short, he answered me, it's his own fault, we told you everything, your old display didn't work, so TrueTone won't work in your new one either. To this, I said that according to his logic, since my old display was broken and did not work, then the new display that I buy from them should also be broken and not work. To this he replied: WHY?! I agreed to pay 766 rubles, although I asked for a discount, since the amount is not small and there are cashiers on their part, but they refused.(Once again, according to the law and given the fact that they initially knew that the display cable was broken off, before I gave them my device for repair, they should have announced the cost, if it had already passed, taking into account the gaskets and tinder, or at least notify me, but they said 700 rubles and take it away.)
I arrived, took out the money and wanted to pay already, but they refused my request to return my old spare parts. According to the law, these spare parts are my property, and in the contract that I signed earlier it was written that the spare parts are returned. But they slipped me a new contract to sign, where the name of the service is written, not the Replacement of the display, but the Exchange of the display, they say I give them my display. But I did not sign this agreement and I see it for the first time. I said, "Guys, this is not legal." I asked them to write to Rasul that I want to take back my parts or, otherwise, I will write a statement to the police. I waited an hour for Rasul to answer, although I asked them to call him, but they refused. While I was waiting, I asked for a book of complaints to write a claim. As a result, an hour later, Rasul replied: write to the police. After that, I started writing another complaint in the complaint book. I also called a lawyer, he said he would prepare a statement to the police for me. While I was writing the second complaint, Rasul himself called the staff and asked me to answer the phone. Without arrogance, he politely asked what happened. I said that what they are doing is not legal. Then he replied: well, take the spare parts. I paid 766 rubles, checked my phone for the quality of the work done, truetone. Everything was fine.
A day later, my display went off. It doesn't seem to be fixed and there is a feeling that the adhesive strip for the display, for which I paid an additional amount extracted from me, is missing. I'm going to deal with him again under warranty.
I also received an email with a response to my complaint. But as it turned out, there was no answer in the letter. There was only a hackneyed accusation of the client that he was to blame, that he was informed about everything, and so on.

It was in March 2021. I asked to replace the battery and see what happened to NFC. I won't talk about diagnostics and payment - a lot has been written. The battery was replaced. They put a good one (as they claimed). True, Chinese (but what is not Chinese now?). After a couple of days, I noticed that the lever for switching the phone to silent mode simply does not work. It doesn't even switch. Since I don't really need this feature, I missed it. Further - more. When you press the home button, a sound quality floats on the screen. Why? How? I can't understand it. The screen generally behaves like an "adult". The point of touching a finger on the screen is different from the action that is performed on the phone. That is, you click on the letter A, the letter K pops up. Etc.
9 months and the battery reaches from 100% to 75% in 15 minutes!!!!!
By the way, NFC has not been repaired for me. They said it was very expensive. For that, it was repaired in another service (I will not advertise it). As it was said: the wiring flew off, soldered.
The attitude towards customers is not caring, as it seemed to me. But not cheap.
I would even put a "0", but there is no such rating.

Not so long ago, or rather on 11/14/2021, the battery was replaced on the iPhone X device, at the moment on 11/18/2021 (a week later) we have a device on which the charge can disappear arbitrarily, not by 1-2%, but by dozens at once. I thought it would be written off that the battery is new and calibrates itself, but alas, I decided to go in to see the condition of the battery and what I saw, the condition was 92% not believing my eyes, because this can not be, I connected the phone to the PC and there is the same picture of the declared power of 2701 we had at that time something about 2500 and most importantly, how can this be if there are only 4 full charge cycles and the power has already been lost, as if it had been charged for about six months. In upset feelings, I called the service, to which I was told that the next day my question would be raised at a meeting and given accurate information about me, but even that day, during a conversation, the master or operator made it clear to me that if I gave it back to them, I would not see my phone in the next 1.5 months, as it is necessary to send it to the head office for proceedings and in general they told me again that this is our first time and this cannot be because all the components have been checked by the master and everything in this spirit, but how it happened that the battery was installed in 2017, I do not understand.
In conclusion, I would like to say one thing that I would not recommend this service even to the enemy, since, as in the age of 21, you can so categorize people.

The repair of the Apple watch s5 in this service resulted in a rather long and expensive epic. It all started with the fact that a year ago, in the spring of 2020, I dropped my watch, the glass broke. I Googled the available options, the choice fell on replacing the watch with the same new ones with an additional payment in the ICOMAL, because the cost of this service was 100 rubles lower than the cost of repair (if I remember correctly, the amounts were 560 and 660 rubles, respectively). I took the watch to the service with a request for replacement, to which I was told that it could be changed, I just need to clarify the cost, and for this I need to leave the watch in the workshop for diagnostics in order to estimate the amount of the surcharge. OK, no question, I'm signing the contract. The next day I got a call and was told that it was possible to change, the amount is equal to what was indicated on the website. Super, I agree. A day or two later, they called me again and said that it was impossible to replace the watch now because of the closed borders, you can change the glass. If I refuse to change the glass, then I have to pay 50p for the diagnosis. But I brought a watch with a request for a replacement, and in fact it was the service that refused me the service, not me to him. I decided to wait a bit, suddenly the border will open, and it will still be possible to replace the clock.
After some more time, they called me and said that it was impossible to keep the watch anymore, because after 14 days, storage becomes chargeable. OK, there's nothing to do, either stay without a watch and 50 rubles, or pay 100 rubles more and fix my watch, I agree to repair. At this point, I also ask the serviceman if moisture protection will be preserved, the answer is about the following: "well, we glue everything there." Well, at least that's it.
They repaired it quite quickly, traces of an autopsy in the form of small scratches near the glass remained, but I did not make a scandal, because it is clear that this can no longer be fixed. Otherwise, everything seems to be fine. Only during the recoil of the watch I was already told not to wet them, because there is no moisture protection, and of course they warned me.
So far, during the repair, I have lost the habit of paying by the clock and paid everywhere by phone. A few months later, I got around to linking the card to the clock again, but I couldn't do it, I kept getting an error. Reboots, untying/tying, updates did not help, I went back to iSlomal because the warranty period has not expired yet. They took my watch for diagnosis, they kept it for a long time: they were expecting a new NFC chip, then they tried other options. By the way, I had to call the service myself and find out what kind of world we were in. It's amazing that when they tried to call me once on Sunday, during the protests in Minsk, when there were big problems with communication, and they couldn't get through, they didn't call me back again, and I found out about it only a week later, when I called myself. But nothing helped. When asked if this could have been caused by a previous repair, the answer is of course "No". There is no answer to the question of what the problem is then. The last option remained - to flash the chip, but for this you need special software, which had to wait about another month and a half, the cost is 160 or 180 rubles, and there is no confidence that this will help. Even out of interest, I decided to agree, waited for the software and took the watch back. Half an hour later, I was informed that it had not worked out. But they offered to replace the watch, i.e. the service I came for almost six months ago. For this, of course, you have to pay the full cost, as if nothing had happened. That is, the repair price + replacement price is more expensive than just buying a new watch, and these can still be handed over for spare parts. It's funny, of course, I refuse.
And I wouldn't even have written this review if it weren't for one thing: the other day, my glass just came off. I never wet my watch, wiped it with a damp cloth at most, there were no shocks, the screen just peeled off the watch while I was sitting at the table. Apparently, the glass was poorly glued during the last autopsy. I took it to another service (with very good reviews) just to glue the glass back, well, I told the whole story there. The guys got interested and decided to try to figure out NFC as well. Unfortunately, they could not fix it: it is not recoverable. The reason is most likely the previous replacement of the display, something was done incorrectly, I did not go into details anymore. The glass was glued, of course.
I cannot say for 100% that I am to blame for the fact that NFC does not work, and who broke it anyway, nothing will work, but the situation is extremely unpleasant: I did not receive the service for which I came to the service, overpaid for repairs, lost the warranty on the watch (if the warranty remains on the replacement of the watch), in total spent about two months without a watch, was left without NFC and paid again for gluing glass in another service.
Hardly anyone else will get into the same situation, after all, it's stupid to change the screen when it's cheaper to change the clock completely. But check your devices as carefully as possible after repair. The service is well-advertised, not cheap, but also not without jambs.
I give two points for the following reasons:
- the service I came for was refused, but they demanded payment for diagnosis or acceptance of another service;
- inconsistency of the words on the preservation of moisture protection before and after repair;
- I did not see the interest of the service in a real solution to the problem with NFC, rather there was a desire to get rid of me as soon as possible;
- communication problems: they didn't even try to call me back for a week;
- poorly glued glass during the last autopsy;
All this translates into wasted time and nerves, which are sometimes more expensive than money, but money is also spent. I will not recommend the service to my friends.
P.S. in the second service, diagnostics was free even without consent for repairs. And the repair, by the way, was cheaper than the diagnosis in the ICOMAL.

The price was not broken, although I thought it would cost much more, so I was pleasantly surprised.

I am writing a review a year after the visit. I do not recommend it to anyone! The accum and the screen were changed, the screen was unoriginal but good, and the old one with scratches was taken away, it would have been better to just polish it, they could not put the front panel exactly and there was a crescent moon. The battery was also installed unoriginal and very bad, the condition immediately began to "melt" 45% of it remained for a year and the phone turns off at 30% charging.

I would not recommend this service if you value your nerves and money. It's a pity you can't put zero, I turned to this "service" with the problem of a non-working modem on the iPhone 7, Offered to replace the board at the price of half the cost of a new phone of the same type or send it for replacement under warranty. It was decided to send the same thing as the replacement fee under warranty for the cost of services. The deadline is 3-4 weeks. I gritted my teeth and started waiting, but not after 3, 4, and even after 6 weeks, the phone did not return all calls. There was a standard excuse for no information. When I got tired of waiting, I asked for a refund of the device and, lo and behold, the device returned in a matter of days from Europe. There is a feeling that he did not go there. I came to pick it up and was surprised that they demanded 30 rubles from me for refusing to replace it, allegedly for diagnostics, but okay. I paid, took the device and left. Another service fixed the module for me, but when all the phone modules were diagnosed, we noticed that the main camera was not working. We disassembled the device again thinking that the cable did not become tight, but it turned out that the whole reason is that there is a Chinese-made camera (the phone was bought in the states at the Apple Store) and everything would be fine, but it does not work (they threw it on another device) and from another model of the seven. Before getting into islomal.by phone was not repaired or disassembled. The service probably thought that it would never be revealed because the user would not revive the phone, but it turned out a little differently than they expected. I hope this helps others not to make my mistakes.

In the service, without any questions about the liquid, quantity, they simply offered to disassemble the phone, dry the board, change the speaker and ATTENTION, they "Did not guarantee the operability of the device after assembly." They also demanded prepayment and, attention, CASH (well, you repair apple, you haven't heard anything about apple pay, have you?). And the most interesting thing is that in another service, the guys asked in detail what and how, as a result, they cleaned the speaker grid (WITHOUT DISASSEMBLY), FOR FREE, CARL!!!
So think about whether you need such a service.

Initially, I left a review when I picked up the phone. Employees immediately offer to keep it for a discount.
Immediately after that, I discovered that the touch on the display was not working correctly - it was not responding in a certain area. The staff turned the phone in their hands, everything seemed to work, assured that everything would be fine and, if anything, a six-month warranty for repairs. The old battery was given away, the broken display was not. He took the phone and left.
There were doubts about the originality of the display (it was claimed to be original) - the fingerprint sensor was sunk a little deeper and the color rendering was different, but not critical. The problem with the insensitivity of the display area was reproduced randomly every day for a week. The maximum battery capacity dropped to 88% over the same period.
I took it back. Employees with malfunctions agreed and took the phone for repair under warranty. Since I couldn't find a replacement phone, I asked if it would be a problem to contact via Telegram. They replied that it was not a problem. Since it was Sunday evening, we agreed to hand over the phone on Monday.
No one contacted me on Monday. I wrote in a telegram to a contact using one of the phones listed on the site. They replied that the problem with the display "does not manifest itself" and that they are "testing". After that, they stopped responding at all. In the evening, they still replied that the battery had been replaced and the phone could be taken away, they said about the display "We did not see the problem." I came to them and reproduced the problem in less than 10 minutes. I would have wondered "what these guys were doing all day" if I hadn't already come to realize the quality of this service. I left my phone for correction.
The next day, as expected, no one contacted me until the evening. I wrote it myself, and received an answer that "you can take it away." Funnily enough, there is a sign on the counter with information about the original displays, their differences from "analogues", where the problem is described exactly. I took it away, there are no problems with the wheelbarrow yet, although only a few hours have passed. The screen is clearly not original and of poor quality - it turns yellow, distorts the color at an angle, the fingerprint scanner slightly protrudes from one side.
Bottom line: Instead of the claimed original display, a low-quality fake is being slipped in. The batteries are of the same quality. The level of communication is low. I highly recommend it
