A polite master arrived at a convenient time, and it turned out that the meter broke down, the readings were incorrect, they were taken away for replacement (replacement at state rates and simply included in the fat), as a result, you do not have to pay a huge overspend, as you would have to according to the "counted" faulty meter readings.
It is very pleasant to have such an attitude, because by and large, did they need it?? :) After all, this is not part of the direct duties, but they intervened and resolved the issue.
