The most terrible official Apple service in the world. I would recommend revoking their authorization. I left my laptop for repair, they said the diagnostic results would be in 3 days. I called for 2 weeks, each time they said that the diagnosis was in progress. As a result, I arrived on the 13th day of repair, and only in front of me they carried out a diagnosis in 15 minutes, and said that they would not undertake repairs. I had to pay 50 GEL for this.
