A good pharmacy, but I don't visit it often because it's not budget-friendly.... in others, the prices are nicer.. Another aspect is that they constantly ask for payment by card, since there is no change.

A visit to the pharmacy did not work out today - and I am extremely unhappy, both the seller and the waiting people. I came with a list of what I needed - these were items from the first-aid kit from the car (what came out according to the expiration date) and a home first-aid kit (bandages, cotton wool, Band-aids, iodine, etc.). There was one seller - an elderly woman. She immediately told me that I don't pack first-aid kits. Although I didn't ask her about it, I told her what I needed and showed her a list of what I needed. I was ready to tell her what I needed, but she chose to take the list. As a result, half of the list said that she simply did not have it, although it felt like she just did not know / forgot where to look / could not concentrate and concentrate her attention. It was easier for her to say that there was none. Without asking, I punched through the bandages those that are more expensive (or those that first came to hand). To my question later, she justified that they were better, their edges did not crumble. And someone asked me what I want? Why decide for me which bandage is better for me to take? People were slowly arriving from behind, and this made her even more upset. Their window is high and I had no idea what she was collecting on her desk and punching at the cash register, she did not show most of them and did not name the prices. As a result, I announced only the final amount. I asked to see what she punched there. She was worried that they say we are not retail (it was not clear at all), but I did not pay and she began to show me - in the end it turned out that she messed up with bandages, which she did not put, but she punched as many as 4 pieces. They began to remove unnecessary items. The people in the back were outraged that it was standing for half an hour. In general, everyone was dissatisfied. As a result, I have now found out at home that she did not break through the bandages that were needed anyway - it was necessary to be sterile, but she did not sell sterile ones. Are pharmacies really so poor that they can't afford two employees? And I understand that an elderly person finds it difficult to concentrate, remember something, read, understand. As a person, I understand it, but as a customer, I don't. Now I will avoid this pharmacy. I do not recommend it.
