I often have to contact phone repair service centers, since there are two small children in the family, but I have not yet met such a first-class level, everything is perfect here at Itimix, friendly girls meet from the threshold, when a question arose, a master came who immediately shows that he understands iPhones, told me everything, explained and in as a result, the glass was replaced for me in a few hours and the password was reset in my iPhone, but how pleasantly I was surprised that when I also took the protective glass as a gift, they pasted it on, in general, a real service center, yes, they are a little more expensive than others, for such a service, for such a good attitude, it is not a pity to overpay 10 rubles. Thank you. A big plus, by the way, is that there is parking and they sell covers right there.

There was a problem with the iPhone, it just turned off, I found several services in Google, but since it was a day off, no service took the phone for diagnosis, and if they did, they said to leave it until Tuesday-this option did not suit me, it was urgent and right now (although the masters were on site, but I was told that there are none)...in general, it's not the point, I myself understand that few people want to diagnose the mobile on the weekend (and I needed to at least find out if the battery at 0 sat down and did not start the mobile) ... As a result, they told me to come over the phone and look at everything on the spot. The phone repair masters were not on site, but there was a laptop master-he took the phone for diagnosis ... As a result, after 2 hours I received a working phone (it was in the battery) ... I am very satisfied with the service!!! They do not send, do not throw off the client on each other, they really diagnose the phone (and they do not charge and state the obvious things), I also noticed the presence of parts (such as the screen, connectors) that are fashionable to purchase separately, for me it also matters!!!! So I recommend and give 5 stars!!!

I gave it to another workshop (which I later regretted), where they couldn't fix my phone in a month, but they charged me money for drying in an ultrasonic bath. I contacted this company (ITMiX), where they told me that it is often not necessary to dry the phone in an ultrasonic bath (based on their practice) and a week later I took the work phone. the problem turned out to be the battery, which they replaced. what's the result: the price is excellent, not too high (compared to other companies) repair is excellent , the time is a week, I was satisfied. of the cons: they promised that the master would call back on Wednesday, but he called back only on Saturday. either take the deadline with a margin, or call back on the specified day, even if the phone is not ready by that time, and tell me that you need an additional couple of days. this will emphasize the level of service and attention to the customer.
