We entered this institution on a frosty evening, and were greeted warmly and politely from the threshold. Hot tea was immediately offered. We ordered lagman, an unusual tomato spicy soup, caesar with chicken, and a very interesting salad with mushrooms, broken cucumbers and crispy potato straws. Everything is very tasty, the food is fresh, hot, fragrant, spicy, just what you need on a winter day. The price tag is average, very affordable for such a good kitchen.
I highly recommend this place. To the chefs - rahmet!

I like this cafe chain. I really like doner on a plate and in pita bread.
They came at lunch, at the rush hour, she greeted us, but it is clear that everything is in progress, in the process.
We waited a bit and were offered a table. Very polite receptionist, unfortunately I didn't remember the name.
Yes, the dishes had to wait, but with a full landing it is quite logical.
The dishes are hot and delicious. The hall is clean, the bathroom is also clean.
When there were fewer people, the receptionist came up to us and politely asked if it was possible to clean the hall (wash the floors nearby), would it interfere with us. It's nice.
In general, I am happy with the visit!

At least this place is well-traveled - which is why everything is supposedly freshly prepared. It should be borne in mind that the snack bar is actually tiny and not conducive to relaxation - the "ate and left" format. For newcomers to the region, it is important to keep in mind that the food here is traditionally extremely fatty, and we noticed that in particular traditions are adhered to here. The shurpa turned out to be so greasy that the fat did not just float on top in the form of a film, but literally collected in lumps. Lagman was covered in greasy gravy. The mantas literally oozed fat, even though they were chopped. In a harsh climate, fatty food is a plus, but not everyone will be able to endure it without consequences.

The lemonade is insanely delicious.
The atmosphere is calm.
Quite a lot of people come in families.

We are guests of the city. We froze walking at -30 and went in to eat. Lagman is beyond praise! The peninsular soup with dumplings seemed to me to be an island, but it warmed up very well))) but the salad with fresh cucumbers + salted with mayonnaise was disappointing(((
Caesar with chicken was not bad. But for Caesar, the chicken needs to be grilled a little more. Just boiled is a little bit wrong.
