We equipped the entire apartment with new furniture in Raisins and were very satisfied. First we came across them on the Internet, we really liked the work. We came to the salon, looked, touched, sat, and made sure that live is no worse than in the photo :) Our choice was not spontaneous, we studied other offers on the market, but we did not find such beauty at an affordable price anymore. My wife asked me to mention the installers separately, often this is not the most pleasant contingent from the entire contractor chain, but the Raisin guys are pros, trained, polite, generally like. An important point, there was a small hole on the back of the sofa, which we noticed only after a while when we had to move the sofa. Here is our joint, it was necessary to carry out the acceptance more carefully, but it is very significant that the guys came, took away the part with the marriage and pulled it over.

I think that for many, when starting to renovate and arrange an apartment, one of the most disturbing is the question of the right choice / selection. This is reflected in the models, colors, and quality of the furniture. You can, of course, stop by Pinskdrev and save time and money by buying a standard piece, but the risk of not falling to the very point is great. But if you want people to come home with two suitcases of fabric samples and crawl on their knees on the parquet for three hours applying these samples to each nook, at different lighting angles, then you should probably come here. Yes, it's not fast (Pinskdrev will arrive in three days), it's more expensive...but you get exactly what you wanted/saw + 2 pairs of extra eyes that will at least prompt/advise/express your opinion. And they will do it not in the salon, I have no idea about your interior, but right in your apartment. It is very important. especially if you don't fully understand what exactly you need.
I would recommend this organization for those who not only need to fill the space with a place to "sit/ lie down", but also want to get a sense of involvement in the process and satisfaction from their choice and the final result.

I ordered a huge sofa in the living room, a corner one with additional pouf modules. Sewn exclusively in good faith, TOP quality! The seams, the proportions of the armrests, the size of the backrest - everything is flawlessly created! I chose the fabric on the sample, but when I sat down on the sofa live, it is admirable! The child sleeps and plays on it, does not want to go to bed!)) The total size of the area with poufs is 3x2m!

Good evening, we would like to leave a review after cooperating with your company. In Raisins, our family ordered a sofa and a bed. To say that we are satisfied is to say nothing, we are HAPPY! We searched for the company for a very long time, studied offers and models, calculated prices, read reviews. We admit that initially our choice fell on one of the most famous and largest domestic companies, but the human factor worked, no one came up to us in the showroom and told us about the models. Apparently, this was a kind of sign and we decided to drive up to Izyum to get acquainted with the products. We went in for a minute, and came out after three hours, they told us in detail about each model, about the manufacturing process, materials, helped us determine the design and dimensions based on the interior and style of the house, calculated the cost and offered an interest-free installment plan. At the agreed time, the designers came home with catalogues of fabrics to determine on the spot and look at the tones of fabrics in artificial and natural lighting, and also adjusted the parameters of the sofa taking into account all the features of the room. Of course, we were worried and a little worried about the result, since we had not seen this particular sofa model live! But how happy we were when it was brought to us! The quality of execution, design, convenience, smooth stitching, high-quality seams and materials are all on top. In our living room, no other sofa would look as gorgeous as the Reverse! It fits perfectly into the interior, into the tones and sizes of the room.
Separately, I would like to note that the company cares about customers, the price includes delivery and assembly of furniture, which, of course, only pleases.
Our family sincerely thanks Natalia, Maria and the entire Raisin team for the beauty, comfort and convenience that appeared in our house! It was very comfortable for us to work with Raisins - everything was professional and on time.
By the way, the guys made our tailed Chanel girl happy as a bonus by making a couch made of the same fabric as the sofa - it was a pleasant surprise.
The only disadvantage in working with the company is that we have a Raisin dependence - we want to buy up everything and a lot (by the way, our family has already planned the next purchases in Raisins).

It's a disgusting office. In the photo, you can see with the naked eye what a difference there is between the details of the bed in the showroom and the wrinkled one that was brought to us. The desire to return this bed was huge, but after such a long wait while it was being made, and then (unfortunately too late) after seeing the reviews of how long the furniture was kept after the return and it was absolutely not the fact that you would get it with improvements, we decided to leave it. For which we were given a discount of 100 rubles - at the cost of a bed of 3400! And they offered to bring pillows in the color of the bed - which we never saw. Endless arguments with the store did not lead to anything. Real scammers, because the result does not match the stated models. Think very carefully before contacting izyum by! The account talks about quality, as a result, they are only aimed at making a profit and no more. Customer orientation is minus 0.

We have a bad experience of interacting with managers. When we ordered the bed, we interacted with Caroline, she promised us both 3D visualization, a 3d model and that at each stage of production they would throw photos to us and coordinate details with us. We never heard from her again. After that, manager Egor sent us the drawing and explained that Caroline had mixed up something and they were only sending the drawing. Well ok. No one coordinated anything with us except the drawing at the production stage. Next, we made 3 payments and asked to contact us to determine when to deliver the bed, we were not contacted, the payment was not marked, we had to call ourselves and find out when it would be delivered. Well, the level of interaction with the client is disgusting. We will not apply a second time(

I ordered chairs for the kitchen. I liked the proposed model, the advantage was that you could choose the upholstery material in different colors. As a result, chairs were made that fully corresponded to the chosen design, they look even cooler in the interior than I expected. I was afraid that the chairs made of fabric in the kitchen might get dirty, but the quality of the material is cool, not marky, even if someone inadvertently put a stain, just wipe it with a damp cloth. Think 1000 times before contacting this "miracle" company!
They don't have their own production!!! Therefore, the only thing they can do is feed you with PROMISES.
Nerves are killed and every week there are new promises that the order will be delivered "100%" next week. 🤦🏻♀️
100500 reasons why they haven 't brought it yet:
-the fabrics did not have time to buy (although two months have passed since the order and prepayment);
- there are a lot of orders, but my order is "1" in the queue;
- the chairs are already ready and now they are undergoing "quality control";
- the next reason for the logistics problem.
And every time the employees are "VERY SORRY" that it happened with "MY" order. And I'm sorry, what should I do with their "SORRY"
We ordered chairs on 20.01, paid 50% of the cost. It's been more than 3 months. The chairs were brought only on 26.04.
!Keep in mind that the contract prescribes a penalty, only if you pay non-timely, then the penalty is 0.15% of the amount for EACH CALENDAR day + a percentage for using other people's money, but if you receive an order non-timely, then the amount is 0.1% percent for each WORKING day, the amount turns out to be meager for 96 days of waiting.
As for the chairs themselves: beautiful, comfortable. But over time, the fabric will wrinkle, it can be seen immediately - take this point into account. In the place where you touched the chair, the fabric will sag, you need to constantly pull (tighten) the cover, they will lose their appearance, I think quickly.
I have regretted many times that I turned to this particular company. There was a company with similar chairs next to them in the Hold shopping center. Do not make my mistakes, order in NORMAL organizations and study reviews, but rather buy ready-made furniture, you will sleep more peacefully 🤗

I can't get a refund. My wife wrote a statement on March 3, in connection with her departure. They said that they would not return everything - this is one time, and the refund itself will be within 2 weeks - this is two. We asked in a human way not to delay, we issued it quickly. The exchange rate is changing every day now, I want to get my money as quickly as possible. As a result, today, March 17, the day before, my wife called three times to clarify when there would be a refund - the managers never called back themselves, all the promises: "they will transfer next week," "tomorrow," "well, or the day after tomorrow," "we will send a check for the operation." This is outrageous!
As a result, we will not receive funds this week, there is no receipt yet: the weekend is ahead, and even if they make a transfer tomorrow on Friday, the funds will be credited to the account only by the middle of next week. My impression is ruined.
I demand a full refund. Especially considering your slowness during the minute-by-minute growth of currencies. And also with the fact that you have not started making my order.

As a result, we terminate the contract, and we are left without a sofa, bed and chairs in a new apartment. We ordered much in advance in order to move and live in comfort, and as a result, it's their fault that we will sleep and eat on the floor for the first time. 2.5 months after the order, none of the ordered items were received even for production. Constant excuses.
Conclusion - read the reviews in Yandex in advance. I do not recommend contacting and ordering from these people if you want to save your nerves.

And again there are problems, they want 3 more weeks. And they warn you on the very last day! At the same time, they offer to refund the money. That is, our product did not even begin to be made, I draw this conclusion. Very upset! And there is also constant advertising, that is, they are ready for a set of orders, but not for execution…
Update. On 09.10.2021 we still don't have a bed! Deadlines are postponed at the last moment. Since writing the original review, it has already been postponed 2 times!

We ordered a sofa in this wonderful place. The pleasant impressions of the store ended at the moment of waiting for the sofa. Instead of the promised 3-4 weeks, we waited 3 months! with perpetual postponements. Then, after a month of operation, the seams on the armrests began to diverge, the hinges that hold the back of the folding sofa sagged (I did everything anyway, without taking into account the size of the sofa). The sofa (or rather its parts) was taken away after discussion "at the end of next week we will fix everything and return it!", that is, in a week they should have received everything redone. After this period, they began to talk about sick workers who are about to start and everything is fast! and definitely next week! A month has passed, nothing has changed, empty promises, ignoring and no solution to the problem.

The quality of the execution is 3 out of 5. The pillows are the wrong color, the wrong size. We ordered pillows with locks - there are no locks. They refuse to take it away, they say - write a claim, you will do nothing.
