At the moment we arrived, the hotel lobby was very pleasant, clean and well maintained. That's all.
The room was dirty and cold, the heating was not working and the window to the street was not closed. The administrator refused to help. In the shower, broken plumbing and a strange layout in which to open the door to the shower room is a whole quest. Hot water appeared 10 minutes after turning on the shower. There was no kettle in the room (although it is indicated on the booking), the administrator refused to do the wrong thing, said the wrong room category. As well as the second blanket, despite the wild cold.
Then it's more fun, the refund was a whole quest, accompanied by excuses, then there is no money, then there is no accountant, then wait until the evening, then a week.

This time we were passing through Astana. The choice was made - we settled in the Gelsomino boutique hotel. Not the center, but the quiet location suited me - an acceptable price to the airport. We settled in at 13:00, we had to leave the next day. In a word, I liked it. A very stylish private hotel with traces of former luxury and wear. We are not pretentious people, but I did not get hot water until the morning. In the morning - a modest, but having a place to be breakfast. If anyone is interested, then you can also find a place to smoke. The staff is relaxed but sympathetic. Thanks to the hosts for the overnight stay.

Excellent staff. It's a beautiful hotel. Astana is windy and cold, and because of the high ceilings, I had to ask for a heater. When booking, the standard room includes both slippers and a bathrobe, but in fact they said no. It's a pity that everything was included in 2021. The breakfast is poor but homemade.

Disgusting rooms and service. The administrator did not issue a payment receipt, incorrectly indicated the payment in his computer and we were forced to prove that we had paid for the room. As a result, of course, we had to pay for the room again, due to the negligence of the staff. And it is unclear why cameras are needed if it is impossible to check whether the payment was made or not. I do not advise anyone and I will not return to this hotel anymore.

Hello, I had the opportunity to visit the boutique hotel jelsomino. I booked a room two weeks before my arrival. Upon arrival, we were checked in and to say that we were horrified by what we saw, to say nothing. Check-in at 14:00, arrived at 16:20 and the room did not have time to prepare, as the maid is alone!! Judging by the photos and reviews, the hotel is good-looking, comfortable, and the service is polite. Let me remind you that this is a four-star hotel!! In fact, we got dirty towels, dirty sheets and a lack of bath accessories.(toothbrush, bathrobes, toilet paper, tea, coffee) Immediately contacted the reception to resolve this issue peacefully, to which the cleaning of the hotel with foam at the mouth proved to us that everything was clean, everything was changed, we show them dirt and stains on towels, in addition they did not have time to dry and wet!! It's not enough for them, everything is clean, it's just that these stains don't wash off. Excuse me, but how can I know that these stains are not washed? To this question, I was rudely told "the conversation is over." Rudeness is all. Our "fun" days at the hotel did not end there... By coincidence, breakfast at the hotel was canceled, but they forgot to say about it, when they came to breakfast in the morning, they turned us around with the words "didn't they warn you?" the money was not returned, the rooms were not cleaned during the stay, there was no bottled water. It's high time to renovate the hotel - the wallpaper departs from the walls both in the rooms and in the corridor. We lived in a suite! in which it was terribly cold, the handle falls off at the bathroom door, the TV does not work, the refrigerator does not freeze, but warms - all our products deteriorated overnight. There is a huge Jacuzzi in the bathroom, there is no shower stall. Do not take the bath itself and do not enjoy it, because there is no plug for the bath. And the bathroom itself is as cold as a crypt. It's not like taking a bath, it's just very cold to brush your teeth. The rim of the toilet is not fixed, it is inconvenient to use the toilet. As a result, No. 9 of the luxury category needs to be urgently closed for repairs.
All this horror was brightened up only by the administrator, a young man (none of them have badges), he moved us to a slightly better room. But there are also a lot of problems, like a non-closing toilet door.
Among the advantages, I can only mention a comfortable mattress and pillows, the presence of hot water.
The breakfasts are late, it's good for us. We got enough sleep. But even here there are problems - there are constantly not enough clean dishes, they are washed right there, but you have to wait. The breakfasts are the same every day. And they are also often not enough - you need to wait.
The current cleaning was done once in 5 days. They just cleaned up the trash and changed our disposable slippers.
I do not recommend the hotel!

I fell for the reviews in the booking. It turned out, in vain. There is a smell in the room, the hair dryer did not work. They offered to wash my hair at home, then go dry it in another room, offered to move me to another room, they solved the issue for almost half an hour, as a result, I moved out on the condition that I would be refunded the full cost of my stay. I stayed in the room for 3 hours. They returned it. She moved out. After that, when I had already checked into another hotel, they began to call and demand a refund for the personal hygiene products used, or to be more precise, I used slippers when checking in. She explained that if the problem with the hair dryer had been solved, she would have safely moved to another room in the same slippers. Or she would have stayed in her room if she could have washed and dried her hair. They were outraged, but they stopped calling. One more thing... there's a cemetery 200 meters away, it turns out. Old, but still. If all this does not bother you, then you can move in) well, I don't set foot there anymore.

My husband and I just needed to spend the night, I decided to book a room based on the photo, despite the reviews. And in vain. Everything would be fine if there was not a cafe-bar nearby, which is open until 3 am.The music was blaring, then someone was talking into the microphone. The audibility with neighboring rooms is strong.You can hear what people are doing. Then a spring was sticking out of the mattress, and the TV remote control with chewed batteries was not working. The sewage system in the shower didn't go well. Well, the last straw was that the hotel employee opened the door to our room at 2 a.m., allegedly he did not know when we checked in. He woke us up and we couldn't sleep anymore. I will never book here again.

Then we left our suitcases quickly and went for a walk. And it was only when the tired returned to the room to finally relax that they saw the whole picture. There was no hot water from the word at all, the reception said that "maybe tomorrow they will solve the problem." The furniture is old and tattered. The towels are dirty, the bed linen is dirty. The window to the street in our room did not open, the air was stagnant. I put one star because Yandex returned the money to us quickly after two days. Of course, we did not stay at the hotel, we had to look for a new hotel at night. I strongly recommend that the owner finally read the reviews and take action.

Great hotel!!!! In the historical center of Astana!!! The staff is very polite, adapts to all your whims (in a reasonable sense). The breakfasts are awesome, you can eat as much as you want (buffet), and what wonderful coffee they make mmm...!!! The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are large. The rooms are furnished at the highest level!!! You are offered everything for a comfortable stay, even a sewing kit (not everywhere is available). There is a restaurant nearby, the prices are affordable. The main merit of this hotel is, of course, the price! For such royal mansions - such a reasonable price!!! For a Russian, such service for such a price is just a gift from heaven!

In general, I need to get to my room and rest from the road. And it turns out that the door in the room is broken. And she says you'll stay until lunch, and then we'll figure something out. Initially, we, the 2nd men, were booked room #1 - 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, but one double bed. We asked for 2 separate beds - to which we were told that there was no such option and offered to sleep on someone's bed, someone on the couch. We agreed, but as it turned out, the hotel did not have a room with a serviceable sofa. We were settled first in room 1, then in room 10, then in room 5 - sofas are broken everywhere. The phone does not work in room 10 - they asked to fix it, to which we were told that their phones were not repaired. Clothes hangers were collected throughout the hotel, chairs were searched for themselves, a stationary shower does not work in some room, dimness in the corridor and rooms, windows do not open everywhere (in room 5 there is some kind of stable, unpleasant smell), refrigerators (in 2 of the three rooms) are not washed, linen, in the second the day after the FOURTH relocation in a day, I had to beg.... One thing saved them - they came to the hotel tired from work, just fell down and slept as they had to, just to move out as quickly as possible...

When we arrived, we waited > 3 hours AFTER the official check-in time - "the room did not have time to be cleaned, they are now being cleaned." We came to a very dirty room. I don't know what was cleaned there, even if the disposable package with toothpaste and a brush was lying open. They asked to change the number. The second one was slightly less dirty. All rooms are stuffy, the windows do not open. The air conditioner works intermittently - even if you manage to turn it on, it can turn itself off in 5 minutes.
