A relatively good hotel in Almaty, where you can stay for an affordable price. The advantages include a convenient location, spacious rooms for a reasonable price and courteous staff. Of the cons, but this is only a subjective opinion, I can note the meager breakfast and the lack of drinking water in the room.

Stayed in room 210 from 04/23/2024 to 04/25/2024.
Positive:
• location (to the exhibition in Atakent, which I visited, 10 minutes on foot), near the currency exchange, supermarket, several cafes;
• 24/7 reception;
• spacious room;
• breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00 for 2000 tenge, delivered to your room. I took a scramble of 3 eggs, porridge and tea - I didn't bite off my fingers for pleasure, of course, but I ate a lot on the whole;
• water cooler on the 1st and 3rd floors.
Cons:
• Wi-Fi. In my room 210, the signal was very unstable; at the reception they spread their hands, saying that your room is located like this and the walls are thick, try restarting your phone / laptop...Well, ok. It catches well in the lobby.
Bottom line: in general, I recommend the hotel price = quality. If you need a more stable Wi-Fi signal to work, then ask for a room closer to the center.

Now this hotel has a great experience: the staff is very polite and pleasant, the cleaning is on top. The room itself (3 etvzh) is brand new and modern, very cozy: new furniture, a chic bathroom, carpet, plenty of storage space, a huge TV, a powerful hairdryer, a refrigerator and a kettle. Bathrobes, slippers, soap, brush,.... in general, there is everything you need. You feel at home. Thanks to the staff for this feeling, I recommend the hotel!

I agree with all the reviews. The hotel is pretty good, clean, cozy, there is a good hair dryer (it is extremely important for girls), a refrigerator, a TV (which was important to my dad), a kettle and the ability to get water at the reception. The staff is friendly and courteous. There is a good souvenir department at the reception (although they searched for the key for a very long time, and they also opened it with a fight :)) I bought souvenirs for my family. Of the minuses, we did not have time for breakfast, as we left on business (but this is already our fault), so we could not evaluate the kitchen, but we would like to. From the suggestion: it would be great to be able to order not only breakfasts but also lunches or dinners. We are satisfied with the hotel, and we may visit it again in the future. I recommend it!

One of the advantages is a delicious big breakfast. But I was very surprised by the lack of drinking water in the room, at first I thought that they forgot to put it on, but no, they said that it was necessary, and water could be collected in a cooler on the ground floor. Well, the TV in the room did not work, it was repaired for two days.

The hotel is not very good. There is a smell of sewage in the room, the rooms are old, breakfast is brought to the room, at night they can call from the reception, wake up and inform that breakfast will not be brought, but you have to go to a cafe nearby. I would put one star, but there are worse hotels in this location... This is Almaty...

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, everything is fine. Cozy, clean rooms, helpful staff. There is a transfer service if arranged in advance. There is a good cafe in the courtyard, with reasonable prices, and delicious food. I definitely recommend this place.

Nice quiet hotel. We checked in at night upon arrival, it took 2 minutes. Junior suite room. Clean and spacious. It's quiet at night, no one makes any noise. The breakfasts are good, the price is 2000. The staff is polite and helpful.

A cozy hotel, helpful staff. Huge portions in the restaurant, including at breakfast.
I would have given the hotel a higher rating, but my room turned out to be so smelly of tobacco that I tried to stay there as little as possible. The towels in the bathroom are old, shaggy at the edges, but very clean.

We are staying at this hotel for the third time. Close location to the Atakent exhibition complex, 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel is not big. The Standard rooms are small. The junior suite is more spacious and has a hood, there is no hood in the rooms on the 2nd floor, it becomes impossible to breathe at night, it is cold to sleep with the window open in early spring. There is no elevator, so take the stairs with the suitcases. There is WiFi, not very fast, but there is. Breakfast at the restaurant, which is located in the next building. So you'll have to walk across the street in outerwear to breakfast. Breakfast does not shine with a variety of products, but you will not leave hungry. Very tasty rice porridge. Barista Vadim will meet you with a professionally served buffet Of hot drinks, green or black tea with lemon and delicious coffee. Special thanks to Vadim for the attentive service. The hotel has a sauna, which is very useful after a hard day's work. You can also have dinner here, but for an amateur. The owner has recently changed here and everyone hopes that the service here will be better and the restaurant will taste better!

I stayed in a suite. It doesn't look like a suite, an ordinary room of an ordinary hotel, just bigger in scale. The room is non-smoking, but the toilet smelled like smoke, such is the ventilation system. The cleanliness in the room is average. Unfortunately, I won't tell you about the food, I overslept breakfast :)
