I had an incredible time with my husband. The property is situated in a very picturesque location. The view from the room overlooking the canyon was breathtaking. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included in the stay, along with some treatments. The food was delicious, catering to everyone's taste.
I also treated myself to a full-body massage, and I felt rejuvenated afterward.
The hotel boasts an impressive gym and a lovely pool with a canyon view.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

I liked. We got into the period of the chess tournament, it was lively but comfortable.
I liked the food, there were delicious dishes.
I liked the room too, someone may have complaints about the level of cleanliness, everything is OK for me.
There is parking, included in the price.
The staff is very friendly and young.
The gym is well equipped, but very dirty.
The dishes are really wet, but I wiped them with a napkin and it was normal.
I didn't like the shower stall, and the smell of sewage. It's probably solved by the domestos, we just kept the toilet closed, and the smell went away after the fan was running.
I didn't like the beach.
I won't come in the summer because it will be crowded and expensive. Now the price/quality is in balance.
A teenager is bored here without his company.

Food: a very varied buffet. Alcoholic drinks at the bar at an adequate price.
Service and staff: everyone was very friendly, treatment rooms were prepared quickly, a lot of additional services. While staying at this hotel, we tried an additional massage - everything was great.

Jermuk is a fabulous corner, clean, cozy,well-groomed,calm, beautiful city !!!
The hotel stands in a wonderful place, the view is charming, around the mountains, forest,river in the canyon, silence, babble.
The service in the hotel is 10, there is such cleanliness around, you won't even find a speck, both inside and around the outside.The staff is good-natured, polite, and helpful.The rooms are comfortable with a view of the canyon, the pool is clean, large, odorless, chlorine-free, the water temperature is low for me personally 25-26, but it's individual, maybe someone likes it that way.The food is generally cool, like in a restaurant, variety, delicious, beautifully furnished.Special thanks to the chef! The waiters are beautifully, cleanly dressed, beautiful, young, pleasing to the eye.

I wanted to write a review on a spa holiday:
Everything in the spa hotel is excellent, the birds are singing, the air is fresh, the interior is beautiful. We came to rest in mid-March and early April. We had a junior suite with a balcony, it's great to live on the 4th floor: the view is amazing, eagles fly in the morning, birds sing, the sun is shining and everything around is bright, beautiful, white with snow, green pines with big cones, beauty! Wonderful, kind, helpful staff in all areas, my husband and I really liked the food, delicious, lots of pastries for sweet tooths and jam for every taste.
I want to come back and improve my health.
I wanted to write a review about cosmetologist Dr. Gayane! An excellent cosmetologist took a course of facial massage and masks very well removed swelling from the face and the face was refreshed, the cosmetologist's hands were pleasant and soft, a comprehensive ultrasonic facial cleansing was performed, a wonderful procedure, I recommend those who like to do facial work. Dr. Gayane also put collagen threads on my neck and decollete, carefully, slowly, diligently, I will not say that it was painless, the pain was minimal from a needle puncture, botox was also put on, even in the nose area, so that the nose became neater, in general the procedures are interesting, the result is there.
I also really liked the masseur Hovhannes - that's right from the bottom of my heart, thanks to him, a general massage course for the whole body was conducted, I am very happy, I will definitely come to him for a repeat course next time. Pleasant, strong, golden hands, gradually, evenly distributes the load, there was no unbearable pain after the first massage during the next procedure,(usually everything hurts for three days) but everything is fine here, I was very comfortable getting a massage.
Of the cons :
There is no window in the room that would open and ventilate at night, you have to open the door to the balcony, there is no micro-ventilation.
During water procedures, baths are often overheated, hot is a minus.

Access to the pool is open to everyone and I went into the pool as usual everywhere in a swimsuit and then a young man met me and forbade me to enter the pool and it was a shock to me
And I went and got a bathrobe and went into the pool area about 15 minutes later, I saw a young man in the same swimsuit and he was using the pool and no one forbade him anything, in total I saw that they were acquaintances
That's the question, only the pool employee will be able to decide who will let who not?

December 2024 It's a great place. Three meals a day. Cozy rooms. The room is cleaned every day. Bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, kettle, TV with YouTube. The only thing that confused me was that after the inhalation procedure, the employee told me to put the chair back in place, which I moved when I got up from the table. . Somehow the hearing was jarring. It's a small thing, but I won't go to the procedure anymore, otherwise they will force the sinks and the tool to wash after themselves 😁

I had a rest at the hotel in June. In general, everything is fine, except for the food. I didn't like the food at all. Breakfast was good, lunch was good, dinner was really bad. Sometimes I could only take matsun and a cake for dinner. But I lost weight, also a plus). The area behind the hotel is beautiful, there is a road to the waterfall. Everything is very modern and clean inside. The rooms have super-comfortable mattresses and pillows. The treatment room is also comfortable. The pool and sauna are open until 21.45, it is convenient, you can stay there until the evening if the weather is bad outside. I went to the Hakob for a massage in the city, I highly recommend it. The specialist replaced my shoulder blade, which was bulging. This is not a relaxing massage, so you have to be patient. But the result is worth it.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, everything is available for living. On the minus 2nd floor there is a Jacuzzi, 2 pools for children and adults, a Finnish sauna (although weak). Breakfast and dinner buffet. Medical services are included, but since they lived for one day, they did not use it. Nearby there are springs, a beautiful waterfall.

Indoor pool for children. Large indoor swimming pool for adults. Everything is there for a good rest. Excellent cuisine. Educational excursions by jeep. I advise you to relax.

The hotel has a beautiful view, the procedures here are the best in Jermuk, the girls are on procedures, everyone is cute, they will always tell you everything. The food is amazing, the menu is not particularly diverse, but there are many national dishes, deliciously cooked. From entertainment - swimming pool, sauna, gym, backgammon, chess. You can ask your doctor to prescribe yoga. The rooms are cleaned regularly and conscientiously. Water is brought to the hotel itself from the spring, it is convenient, but of course it is better to go there yourself.

A great big resort hotel with elements of a sanatorium :-) From the sanatorium there are medical procedures, examinations and doctor's appointments. And, which is very funny, it all works, even if you come for one night.
The room is large, spacious, everything is conveniently located.
I really liked the SPA - a nice pool with a very cool view, a Jacuzzi and a sauna.
Within walking distance (7-8 minutes) is the gallery of mineral water - you can go there around the clock and drink Jermuk mineral water.
In the restaurant, the dishes could not be very sanatorium-like - otherwise, only chicken and fish are hot, and even then they are dry.
The room clearly lacks the ability to open a balcony or a window for ventilation - the balcony only opens wide, the window does not open at all, there was a little lack of fresh air in the room.

A great vacation in a village consisting of almost only hotels. We were definitely in the best of them. The building is made of pink tuff (a traditional building material for Armenia)Another hotel on my list that I would like to return to and recommend to my friends. The Grand Resort of Jermuk. Hayat built and managed it for the first time, so everything is high-quality, sound, comfortable, cozy and tasteful. A big plus is that mineral water flows from the tap. That's what it says in the bathroom. Drink tap water. And this water is very tasty, soft, like from a well. This water is supplied to 40 countries around the world. The second plus is the beds ... they are very wide, consist of two large mattresses and if the neighbor is messing around, then it doesn't bother me. Super comfortable mattresses and pillows. A miracle, not a pillow. It should be noted that in the previous president in Yerevan, I slept on a stuffed dog). I didn't want to get out of this bed. Of course, the quality of the linen, the hotel's delicious aroma in the room. Everything created an atmosphere. There were no dental and cosmetic kits - that surprised me. And there was no hair conditioner. Perhaps this is the specifics of the region. The third plus is the attractions in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but they are not included in our program. 5 out of 5! It's a cool place! And another cool view from the window of the mountains and the forest. The temperature is like at home. Minus 7, but the sun is shining. Just because it's at a height in the mountains. Our trip was in March. There was grass everywhere in Yerevan, and there were snowdrifts here on March 9, but I still really liked it. The meals were all inclusive. Everything was very tasty. The spa and mineral water pool are great.

We rested for two days at the end of April, the hotel is super! Everything is new and shining inside, very friendly staff, caring for guests. The room has an iron, very high-quality spa bathrobes, a kettle, a refrigerator. A nice swimming pool and a spa complex with treatments. I liked the warm mineral baths and the pool with stones the most. Inexpensive massage. A 15-minute walk to the drinking gallery, next to it there is a comfortable area for walking, a park. The restaurant has mixed impressions, the breakfasts and dinners are delicious, there was always a fish dish for dinner, delicious. There was no fish option for lunch, the choice for lunch and the quality is average. No food was bought, there was enough food in the hotel. I recommend it for those who appreciate a relaxing holiday in order to benefit their health.

This is a great place to relax and recuperate. We've been here for 12 days. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The hotel is worth the money. Cleaning is constant, bed linen is changed every other day. Towels were changed daily. Food, pool, gym: everything is fine. You won't regret it.

Food is very important to me. I've been living here for the 4th day. The most delicious food is breakfast, because I love semolina and eating red fish.
Lunch and dinner are at the dining room level. Pozharsky cutlets, boiled fish, boiled dried apricots
, etc. Hashlama from beef according to the hotel version is a piece of boiled meat on the bone. Without anything.
At every lunch and dinner there is pilaf made from spelt or pasta. So, it's just spelt and pasta, without anything)
There are no complaints about the snack table. Desserts are a little poor.

It is very beautiful, good rooms, it is especially convenient that there are family rooms - two rooms are connected by a door. There is a loft space where you can work. There is a beautiful swimming pool and sauna. The pool has a slippery floor, which is the only disadvantage of this hotel.
