The most heartbreaking experience of my life — this clinic let my dog die. If you truly love your pet, stay far away from Joli Veterinary Clinic. Late at night, my dog suddenly had a severe medical emergency — his intestines were coming out, and it was clear he needed urgent surgery. It was treatable if handled in time. I found Joli through Google, and I called them again and again — more than 10 times on all the numbers listed. Not a single answer. Desperate, I rushed to the clinic myself. I showed the on-duty vet (a man named Hovhannes, I think) a photo and explained how serious the situation was. He even admitted it needed surgery — but then said he wouldn’t call the main doctor, because “it’s late,” and “it’s not that urgent.” I was shocked. I begged him, I told him I’d pay whatever it takes, cover taxi fares, anything — just please call the doctor. My dog was suffering and getting worse by the minute. He refused. Kept making excuses. Said the main vet is a woman and he "can’t disturb her." Then claimed two or three doctors were needed. I said I’ll pay for all of them, no matter the cost — still refused. I was standing there, begging, while my dog was at home slowly dying. The worst part? He told me to just wash my dog’s back and wait till 10AM. I told him if we wait that long, he’ll die. His answer? “No, your information is wrong. Nothing will happen.” But it did. My dog got worse and worse, and he passed away before sunrise. This wasn’t some rare condition. It was an emergency that could’ve been treated, but they did absolutely nothing. I’ll never forget this. I lost my best friend that night. Not because help wasn’t possible — but because this clinic chose not to care. If you’re reading this because your pet needs help — please go anywhere else.

An emergency ignored — a life lost I still can’t wrap my head around how careless the vet at Joli was. This wasn’t a regular case. It was a late-night emergency that needed surgery. The on-duty staff admitted the seriousness, and still refused to call the doctor. He just said, “Come back at 10.” By then, the dog was gone. If this clinic won’t respond to real emergencies — what’s the point of their service? Absolutely heartbreaking and infuriating.

I used to think emergency clinics were meant to save lives. After what happened to my friend’s dog at Joli, I’ve lost all trust. He showed up in the middle of the night with a bleeding dog who urgently needed surgery, and they told him to wait. No help, no sense of urgency — nothing. They just stood there watching time run out. And it did. We’re all heartbroken, and this clinic will never be forgiven for what they cost. Do not take your pets here. Ever.

Fatal negligence that cost us life. My friend’s dog could have survived if Joli Veterinary Clinic had even a shred of compassion that night. He called. No one answered. He went there. They looked at the photo and still told him to wait till morning. He begged them. Repeatedly. Offered to pay anything. The vet just said “No.” By morning, the dog was dead. All because a so-called emergency vet refused to make a single phone call. Shame on them. They don’t deserve to work with animals. Rest in peace Max.

What kind of emergency clinic doesn’t pick up calls when a dog is fighting for its life? My friend’s dog had a prolapse — an obvious surgical emergency — and not a single number listed for Joli answered. After driving there in person and pleading with the staff, they still refused to help. Just brushed it off and told him to wait till morning. That wait killed the dog. It’s devastating to watch someone lose a family member like this because a vet clinic wouldn’t act. I wouldn’t trust these people with a goldfish, let alone a dog.

They watched a crisis and did nothing I will never recommend Joli to anyone after seeing what they did — or rather, didn’t do. My friend begged them to help his dog, who had a serious and painful prolapse. The vet looked at the photo, said it needed surgery, then refused to call anyone to help. He just stood there and told him to come back in the morning. Morning was too late. Any vet who refuses to act in a real emergency has no business treating animals. This clinic failed a dog in his most desperate moment.

Never again. Not after this. Watching someone lose their dog because a vet refused to make a call… I’ve never seen anything so heartbreaking. My friend was desperate, the dog was in agony, and Joli’s staff couldn’t even be bothered to call the actual surgeon. He would’ve paid whatever it took. But they didn’t care. This was 100% avoidable. But they let it happen. Never again. I’ll tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. It’s not worth the risk.

I’ve seen bad service before, but what Joli did (or didn’t do) goes beyond anything acceptable. A dog died because a trained vet refused to take 2 minutes to call the main doctor. That’s it. He looked at the photos, saw it was a serious case, and still said, “Wait until tomorrow.” Tomorrow never came for that dog. Animals are family. If your vet doesn’t treat them that way, find one who does. Don’t gamble your pet’s life with a place like this.

If you don’t want to carry guilt for a pet’s death — stay far away. We stood there that night, watching helplessly as our friend begged Joli Clinic for help. He was willing to pay anything. He just wanted them to try. They chose not to. The worst part? They advertise themselves as a 24/7 clinic. But when it actually mattered — when a dog was dying in front of them — they refused to act because it was “after hours.” That dog could’ve lived. But they let him die — slowly, in pain, while pretending to be an emergency clinic. If you care about your pet, don’t make the mistake of trusting this place.

I was with my friend during the whole nightmare. His dog was suffering, literally losing his intestines, and no one at Joli even had the heart to make a phone call to the doctor. That’s all he asked — a single call. He even offered to pay double, triple — anything. And the vet on duty just stood there making excuses. This clinic is not professional. They are not compassionate. They failed not just medically, but morally. Shameful.

Their negligence cost my friend’s dog’s life. Receptionist refused to make an emergency call to the night shift doctor while the dog was suffering in pain. The dog didn’t make it through the night while my friend watched his best friend die in front of his eyes…

We trusted them. That was the mistake. Joli Clinic let our friend’s dog suffer and die when simple action could have saved him. No calls. No urgency. No heart. Don’t make the mistake we did. Don’t trust them.

This wasn’t a mistake. It was cruelty. They knew it was urgent. They knew surgery was needed. They still said no. They watched the clock. The dog died. They didn’t even apologize. Heartless.

Not a real emergency clinic Let’s be clear — if a clinic refuses to help in a life-or-death moment, it doesn’t deserve to call itself an emergency clinic. My friend’s dog was in agony, and the people at Joli treated it like an inconvenience. The staff acknowledged the problem was serious, and still refused to wake the vet. No compassion, no sense of urgency — just lazy excuses and cold detachment. That dog died while they were saying “come back in the morning.” Absolutely shameful. You’re risking your pet’s life if you go here.

They looked at a dying dog and said ‘wait.’ This is not a vet clinic. It’s a building where people wear scrubs and do nothing. They had every chance to save a life. They didn’t even try.

Good repair, spacious room. That's where the advantages end. Now about the cons. We wanted to take direct and lateral pictures of our dog, as well as abdominal sonography. This usually means the image itself and its description. Well, that's what I thought. Because I understand a little about this, I have been in this business for 32 years, a candidate of medical sciences, with people, but still. Dick swam there. Two pictures in poor resolution, for the price of an aircraft carrier, dropped on Viber and an oral comment "it looks like an impassable". Are you interested in where the doctor sees the obstruction? He pointed his finger at the area of the gas bubble of the stomach. And will the ultrasound be the same? - I'm asking. Yeah, they say it's the same. Let your doctor handle this. They refused to do the description flatly, leave, they say, do not interfere with work. Funny guys, in general, they love money very much, but not you very much. Don't go there, children

Very negligent attitude towards animals. We picked up a cat on the street with an infection. They took me there to be treated. They gave us the cat without treating it (we paid for everything). We asked several times if he was cured. Everything in the clinic has been confirmed several times. We asked if we could leave him for a few more days. The answer is no, he's healthy. Bottom line: two days and the cat is back at the peak of his illness. During the conversation, the doctor simply blamed us for everything. She said that they should not recommend pre-testing for infection, but the client should recommend it (what?). She was very amused by the question of why rhinotracheitis was not tested to determine how to treat the animal (there was a feeling that she was not aware of the existence of such tests at all). Also, when asked why the sick animal was given to us, we were told that it was our fault that we took it from the clinics ourselves. (?????): we asked the clinic staff and doctors several times if their statement about the cat's recovery was true, whether it was worth leaving it to be treated further at least For prevention, the answer is: he's healthy, take him away. The doctor's terribly rude and completely unprofessional attitude (name is Linora or Liana, something like that). Sarcastic and naturally accusing us of taking the cat away and making it sick again (no, it didn't get sick again, it wasn't treated). The doctor just turns the tables. It's a pity that such people work with animals. After that, we decided to check the reviews about this clinic in detail on the Internet. And they were shocked by the frightening stories of people. We really regret that we didn't see it sooner. Horror. It's scary that these people still work with animals and have access to them. Then they started asking the local animal volunteers: they also, as it turned out, immediately said that animals could not be treated at JOLI. We regret that when the cat was found, this clinic was in the accessibility zone. The only good thing is that now we know that this is a very bad place for animals. And we hope that people will read reviews about this clinic and see so many negative reviews from customers (we are still shocked by many stories and do not understand how these doctors still have access to animals) and understand that their animals should be kept away from this clinic. Hopefully, JOLI will attract the attention of animal welfare activists! P.S. We took the cat to another clinic. The doctors from there were, to put it mildly, surprised by the unprofessional behavior of the people from JOLI. At another clinic, a number of tests were immediately performed on the cat, the symptoms were correctly recorded in front of us, and the details of the future treatment were explained (which will take place AFTER receiving the test results — here we remember again how we were convinced for 30 minutes at JOLI that no one should have offered us any tests).

I visited this clinic once, at which point I decided that I would never set foot there again, nor to the store, much less to the clinic. The staff treats large animals rudely. He talks impolitely with the owners, they don't explain anything clearly. One of the nurses very abruptly moved the non-walking dog and showed by his whole appearance that it was unpleasant for him to touch the sick dog. Shouldn't you have gone into this field then, since you're so squeamish? In general, I strongly advise against this institution. Unfortunately, the dog did not recover after treatment at this clinic. And he will never recover.

The clinic is wonderful, thanks to all the staff and special thanks to Dr. Liana. In another clinic, a cat was injected with a drug without confirming the diagnosis. The animal had an abscess at the injection site and the temperature rose, Jolie's doctors took the cat out and, literally, returned him to normal life. Now the cat is healthy and feels well) The first vet clinic where staff can call just to inquire about their patient's health.

Our cat had an abscess on his back due to an injection at another clinic. They were urgently contacted late in the evening, taken to a hospital with a high fever. The cat was taken care of very well. In the morning, he was examined by the best doctor Liana. She prescribed treatment and subsequently performed surgery. Everything has already healed without complications. The cat also had a severe cough, was re-contacted, passed all tests and was treated. They explained everything to us clearly and clearly, it is clear that with love and care for the animal. Unfortunately, the cough is chronic, but we are now under the reliable supervision of Liana) And we are very grateful to her! Also, a special big thank you to the clinic staff. Everyone is very polite and caring. The clinic always calls back and is interested in the tailed patient. We feel that we are not alone and do not care. Now only in Jolie)

A wonderful clinic, we take our cats there: they cut their claws, did an examination, X–ray, vaccinated - everything went fine. Doctors know their job and approach their work responsibly. I would like to note the cleanliness and general level of the clinic. Unlike some veterinarians, who are located right in pet stores and are not even fenced off from the store, here it is a real clinic: a separate room with good equipment, the overall impression is order and sterility

My taxi driver and I are happy with the clinic, especially with Dr. Liana! But today I was very upset with the store. The doctor prescribed 4 tablets of Caniverm 0.7g. I paid 6,000 rubles for the pills in the store, which seemed unrealistic to me. I checked and got the following layout. The cost of one tablet in Jolie is 1500dr, in Haf-Haf - 700dr, in Russia, the Vetmarket is 152dr (38 rubles), in Tbilisi 300dr (2 lari). I have to revise this rating of the clinic 5* by 2* earlier. The clinic's management would do well to remember that a drop of tar spoils a barrel of honey!

On September 23, we went for a haircut and that's the result. I wrote on Instagram that the way you treat animals is wrong. As a result, I did not receive an answer. We have been going to this clinic for 2 years now and I did not expect such an attitude at all. The photo shows what a terrible service they provided. Be human after all. At least it would be possible to answer. such an attitude towards animals is unacceptable!
