The place is cool, atmospheric, very in demand, if they can still find a place for you during the day (and that's not a fact, we were lucky), then you need to book in advance for the evening. The food is delicious, fast delivery, polite and smiling staff. The bill does not include % for service (for the first time in Uzbekistan in catering). I recommend.

Beautiful interior - I would call it the "Bukhara loft". And delicious cuisine - Tashkent is tired of the kurdyuk in food, but it is not used here. We ate very tasty khanum, dimlyama with pike perch and kosa-somsa, I liked the presentation. There are several dishes for vegitarians as well

Perhaps the best restaurant in the whole trip to Uzbekistan, although it does not even have a sign yet. It will definitely enter the top tourist destinations soon, which is even a little disappointing. Food is fire. Considering that we are quite fastidious customers in relation to taste. First of all, I want to scold Yandex, which still has not put down the correct location of this new wonderful place. As a result, we went in a completely different direction and spent a lot of time searching. But it was worth it to the fullest! In fact, the address of the Sarrafon restaurant is 2 and it is next to the Labi House. The sign has also appeared since yesterday. Now about the main thing :). The service is of the highest quality. Here they try to fulfill your every whim, for example, to remove some ingredients from the salad as much as possible, etc. The food is beyond praise. Everything is sooo delicious. Lamb kebab… I'll just say that it was the best barbecue in my life, and believe me, I know a lot about it. It just melted in my mouth. We liked it so much that we immediately asked to sign up for pilaf the next day. Yes, pilaf can be tasted here only by pre-order, because it is prepared according to the number of people who wish. The pilaf was delicious, delicious and there was no heaviness in the stomach after a large portion. I must say that the restaurant has a separate corner with air conditioning, which is very important at +36 in the shade.
We sincerely wish prosperity to this wonderful institution!
