Best hostel ever

This is my first time in Yerevan, but not the first time in hostels and guest houses. And I'm putting a 5 on this place. It's clean, cozy, and the staff is caring. Breakfast is served in the morning, don't oversleep. There is a shared kitchen and a living/dining room, a patio. They say it's very green in summer, but I was in March, I'll take your word for it. The establishment is located in a rather pleasant part of Yerevan, very close to bus stops, shops and cafes, and you will have to walk to the metro. Tours are also organized here, you can get into the company with other vacationers, you can book at least one.
In general, I plan to visit Yerevan and stay here. Snorkel!

We chose this hostel because we liked the design of the individual rooms. In real life, the room turned out to be the same as in the photo. It is stylish and cozy, has its own balcony and bathroom, a comfortable, large bed. Among the disadvantages: thin walls, uncomfortable layout in the bathroom (my feet rested on the bathtub when I was sitting on the toilet ahhahah sorry for the details).
The breakfast was very tasty and homemade. The people who work there are kind and understanding, they always go to a meeting.
When choosing a hotel, know that you need to climb a hill from the subway (but you get used to it).

It's very similar to a guest house.A light version of a co-working space with accommodation.For boho lovers, that's it.But not a hotel.
It was quiet .The pillow is a feather pillow, very uncomfortable and not hygienic.The linen is clean, the accessories are available, the water is hot.The price per room is more than loyal.

The best hostel!
The hostel:
- friendly staff,
- everything is clean,
- convenient location (there is a shop, cafe and bus stop right next to the hostel, and a 5-minute metro, 20-30 minutes walk to the Cascade and the center)
- a very large hall with a separate dining area, an island for cooking, a place for gatherings with the company, a table with dishes and tea, coffee
- everything is there for cooking and eating
- you can use a washing machine for 1000 AMD
- there are paintings everywhere, not dumb ones from fixprice, but really good paintings) + many different antique decor items and antique furniture
- you can book excursions (Garni, Geghard, Symphony of Stones) for about 7000 drams/person
Room:
- spacious, bright and cozy room with everything you need
- the windows overlook a pretty garden
- good bed linen, comfortable mattress
- there are no neighbors behind the wall, only from above (stairs from below), so we always slept and woke up in silence, despite the fact that there are many rooms
- the toilet/ shower has such good ventilation that it already blows))
- at the beginning of March, the room was somewhere +20, we were comfortable If anything , you can make it warmer
- there is an ironing board right next to the room
- the photo shows exactly what you will see in reality
I won't even call the following nuances minuses, they are rather features:
1. The Wi-Fi for zoom + opera works so-so in the room. For one thing, it's fine. Everything is loaded/downloaded quickly. Downstairs, the internet is much better
2. Since the room is located, as it were, between the stairs, in the evening, when people especially often walk around the hostel, it is clearly audible in the room. But it's not critical, and on the second day we didn't even pay attention. The same goes for people smoking/talking on the phone in the garden. You open the window - it pulls, you can hear it. If you close it, everything is OK)
3. As almost everywhere in Armenia, hot water does not come immediately. And the toilet flushes very noisily) But it's all a matter of habit.
4. It is also a frequent topic - the shower itself is not separated from the rest of the zone.
5. Not all sockets and lamps by the beds work (but there are a lot of sockets in principle, and the lamps are replaced with flashlights)

Excellent delicious breakfasts, wonderful friendly and courteous receptionists. We stopped by for a few days at first, but then we extended it. They were the beginning of my acquaintance with Armenia.

We were on New Year's holidays from 12/25/22 to 5.01.23. We took a separate room with a large bed on the second floor. I liked the comfort, hospitality, a certain "homeliness" and wonderful delicious breakfasts "like an Armenian grandmother's." Pleasant, polite and helpful staff, communicating in Russian and English. We were given a bottle of red wine for the New Year. They were carefully cleaned, linen and towels were changed during the cleaning. Hotel location: quiet center (20 minutes leisurely walk to the Cascade) - near metro stations, near a convenience store with reasonable prices and necessary goods. Accept the World cards. You can cook yourself in the kitchen on the 1st floor, including tea and coffee at any time. From what can be improved: unstable WiFi in the evenings, the first day it was cold in the room, but on the second day we were given a heater and it became comfortable. There is no curtain in the bathroom, everything is wet after the shower. Overall, the impressions of the stay are the best. The price-quality ratio is the best for us. I recommend it!
