I would like to mention the wonderful work of an employee of this department named Aida.
She promptly resolved my question regarding the social card.
The working day was coming to an end, there were only a few minutes left before the bank closed, the question remained open, however, Aida took my phone number, called me back after the working day, explained everything in detail and the next morning, without any reminders from me, sent the document I needed by whatsapp.
He is a very sensitive and attentive person. I'm glad she worked with me that day, July 7th.

A large branch, the queue is moving quickly: an account was opened, and a personalized multi-currency tenge / euro/ dollar Mastercard was issued/issued to a non-resident: a printout of the IIN, a passport with data on border crossing, the address of the place of stay in Astana, a Kazakhstani phone number and a questionnaire (you need to write a lot and prepare the data of the Russian TIN if you are from the Russian Federation). I recommend downloading the bank's application in advance in order to activate it faster. It is advisable to have an account in another Kazakhstani bank or cash in the amount of 2000 tenge: you need to activate the card.
