On March 11, the coat was given to the dry cleaner, as of today (April 2) the work has not been completed, the money has been paid in full upon delivery of the coat. We go to pick it up 4 times, we can't pick it up, because the first 2 times we didn't clean it completely, this time we found some stains on the coat, traces of chemicals, and the thing was ruined. Employees push everything on top of each other, someone was on vacation, someone was not working on those days, etc.
