A great place to relax.Spacious, clean rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and very cozy terraces in each room.There is also a barbecue area and a playground.Clean, beautiful and very cozy.I recommend it!

It's a beautiful place. To the city center by car 4 min. But you can also walk, especially in summer. The house has comfortable rooms, a kitchen where you can cook for yourself. Yes, coffee, tea, water for free. Outside, there is a barbecue area. Come and rejoice.

It is an excellent and almost the only place where you can comfortably stay in Vitebsk. the rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. we lived in a room with two bedrooms on the second level and a shared living room on the first level. I liked everything very much. The hotel has a shared kitchen with dishes and a coffee machine. it seems that each room has its own veranda, which is very nice. you can smoke on the veranda. of the cons, they ask you to be quiet, "because the children". in general, this is normal, you just don't usually encounter this in hotels =) the hotel is not located in the center, but we quickly got to it by car.

We rented a two-bedroom room for a photo shoot and our wedding night. Initially, the price was 180 rubles. After they called back, they said that there would be 150 for the newlyweds. We agreed. About the round-the-clock check-in by booking from the Instagram header, we were told that check-in is from 14, at the earliest from 13, but if no one checks in the day before, then it is possible earlier. We agreed. The day before they called, they specified the time of check-in and whether it was possible to take a dog with them to a photo shoot. They took 30 rubles for the dog. During the photo shoot in the courtyard, other guests interfered with us and the photographers, making rude jokes. After the eviction, we received a call and were told that we had to pay an additional 30 rubles for using the second bedroom. In advance, no one said that you can use only one. In general, the discount was given, the discount was taken away. As a result: one star for the room, it's really stylish, one for the veranda, it's cozy if you're alone in the yard, and one from your wife.

I liked everything very much, it was done with taste. Own access to the terrace is of course a bonus))) the only information to place somewhere is to call on arrival)) and then we are independent tourists and had to walk around in circles)) or immediately a sign with the inscription Entrance))) but these are trifles. Everything was told and shown, a very interesting concept with a shared kitchen) we came already in the cold season, but it was very warm inside the room. We liked it. I will recommend it.

I highly recommend it! A clean, brand new hotel with duplex rooms. Good mattresses, pillows, blankets and bed linen! There is a barbecue area on site, and a sauna is being completed. I really liked it!

Шуметь нельзя, после 22 - тихий час. Красиво внутри, свежий ремонт, есть трава и терраса. Могут быть соседи рядом в метре от вас, или шумная компания.
